This beaUtahful 3-level townhome features 5 bedrooms with 4.5 baths and offers comforts for your group on every floor. A brand new private hot tub was just installed in December of 2025. There are 2 master bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen with all necessary appliances and tools to create a nice meal. Not to mention the cozy gas fireplaces, vaulted 2-story living room and plantation shutters throughout. This property is located next to Wolf Creek Utah Resort in the Moose Hollow/Cascade Neighborhood and is only minutes from Pineview Reservoir, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts.

Five spacious bedrooms plus 4 1/2 baths generously accommodate large groups and multiple families. As you enter this townhome on the main level, it features the dining room with seating for 10, with comfy furnishings, gas fireplace and adjacent kitchen. In addition to double ovens and a four-burner gas stove, the kitchen is filled with every convenience to make entertainment & meal preparation convenient. Off of the kitchen area is a patio with patio furnishings, a grassy play area with a BBQ grill and the summertime community pool with the year-round community hot tub. Your private hot tub is just around the corner of the downstairs patio. A Master Suite on the main level features a king bed and the ensuite bathroom a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub. The main level also has a powder room and access to the garage with room for 2 standard vehicles. Guest parking is available beyond the courtyard, not far. There is no parking allowed directly in front of the condo. The courtyard is for load/unloading only.

Upstairs Features 3 bedrooms including another Master Suite with a beautiful king bed, a gas fireplace with TV, satellite, DVD and VCR above, plus a small kitchenette with microwave and mini-fridge. There is a Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and the 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins). Executives will appreciate the fully equipped office area with high-speed wireless internet and comfortable work space and washer/dryer.

The lower level features a bunk room and play area. Everyone will love the family room with board games, a stationary recumbent bike and a set of weights with a bench. Best of all, this 3,600+ square foot home is just minutes from Powder Mountain and Snow Basin, two of Utah's premier ski resorts with year-on-year reliable snow conditions and pristine powder. With easy access to shuttles and the UTA Public Bus to Powder Mountain. Powder recently announced no day tickets will be sold on Weekends in February so make sure to purchase a season pass. Reid Hastings, the co-founder of Netflix is the new owner at Powder and they plan to maintain an uncrowded public and part private ski resort.

Located adjacent to the public Golf Course, Wolf Creek Resort.  The HOA property has outdoor areas for gathering and a sand volleyball court.

Centrally located to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin & Nordic Valley Utah Ski Resorts. UTA Public Ski Bus offers access to Powder Mountain. During the summer, try horseback riding or rent a boat for a day on Pineview Reservoir to water ski, wakeboard or fish. Shop in Eden, where the local stores are full of unique gifts, antiques, art and clothing. Or level up the adventure and rent a motorized toy from ClubRecUtah.com, choose from several convenient pick up locations. Top the day off with great dining at one of the great restaurants in Eden or Huntsville. Eden, Utah is located in the Ogden Valley, home to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, Wolf Creek Utah Championship Golf Course and & Nordic Valley Ski Resort.

This townhome is adjacent to the summer community pool, year round community hot tub and features breath-taking views of the mountains. Guests may use the Moose Hollow clubhouse and facilities with fitness area, volleyball and hiking trails. UTA Public Ski Bus offers daily bus service from the Moose Hollow neighborhood. This town home offers a full-size washer and dryer, attached garage parking for one vehicle, and outdoor gas grill and picnic table.

25% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.

PARKING- Parking is free.  Parking of any vehicles, trailers or equipment of any kind in the Cascades Courtyards is prohibited, no parking directly in front of condo. Parking for the Cascades is allowed in stalls located around the Project.  Recreational vehicles, boats and trailers must be parked at the bottom of the cul-de-sacs of Fox Run, Lakeview Drive and along Moose Hollow Drive. No vehicle, trailer or boat may be continuously parked anywhere within the Project for more than three (3) consecutive days without written permission from the Board. No vehicle, boat or trailer (including any recreational vehicle or camper) located anywhere within the Project may be used for sleeping or living purposes, including overnight camping.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses.  Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee.  If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate.  If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.

Spacious but dated

While overall we enjoyed our stay in this property, I don't think we would choose to stay here again. The unit felt old and a bit dated, in need of a few minor repairs. Many of the doors wouldn't latch fully closed or lock. But overall the location was great, the amenities were nice, and it worked well for our group for a quick weekend. It would be nice if the description mentioned that there is only onsite parking for two vehicles (in the garage). The rest of the vehicles have to find parking within the greater complex.

Garden of Eden!

We love our stay at this property in Eden. The condo is spacious and accommodated our large family group. There are trails nearby to explore, a great golf course and a lake for boating. We will definitely be back.

We loved our long weekend at the condo. From the theater room to the open kitchen/dining area to the proximity to the pool, the condo met all our expectations for our family gathering. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils to prepare meals and dine together. The location was beautiful and the area felt safe and family friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to future travelers.

Wonderful spot for our group! The movie theatre was such a cool addition. We loved spending time in the hot tub after a long day out on the slopes. Incredibly convenient and close to the mountain as well as necessary spots like the grocery store. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay!!

We were in town for a ski trip at Powder Mountain and could not have asked for a better trip. The townhome is very spacious and has some great amenities like the game/theatre room and hot tub. One of our favorite parts of the unit was the downstairs area. This allowed for the night owls to stay up and play games without waking up the early risers who we made sure were on the top level. Location is very close to the ski lift parking for Powder Mountain, so this is another perk if you plan on skiing there or other nearby resorts. Communication was great- we had an issue with the hot tub during our stay but the property was willing to help accommodate and contacted maintenance as soon as we reached out. You can’t go wrong with this place!

We had some back and forth on the hot tub and we appreciate the help there and willingness to get someone out to check on it, although their maintenance schedule didn’t align with our trip. Thank you again for the refund since the hot tub was down. We have not received the refund yet, but we can reach out if it doesn’t show on our statement in the next week or so.

great family gathering spot

the facility was good. The hot tub and projector had to be repaired while we were there. Repairs were done on a timely basis. Because of Covid the adjacent pool facilities were closed. Kitchen was well equipped. Air conditioning was a bit marginal. The location was great for us. The overall accomodations were good. Would recommend it get togethers in summer or winter.

Great place for our families!

We had two families stay here with Grandma and Grandpa, it worked out great! We loved this unit! It has a very awesome theater room and some great bunk rooms. Overall, it is a very wonderful place to stay in a great location!
