"Retreat on Bald Mountain Lake" is a tranquil and inviting home, with 2 levels of decks and a screened porch to enjoy the views of waterfront living, vacation style. Upon arrival , parking is at the front door. A half bath is also easily assessable as you enter the front door. And inside on the main floor, your fun and entertainment awaits with a contemporary, remodeled and well stocked Kitchen, a beautiful maple bar and Dining room with seating for 12, a half bath at the foyer, all open to the Family room with 55" TV, DVD/VCR and SONOS music system, as well as glass fireplace ,flowing out onto the upper deck and screened porch, which is especially enjoyable during a summer rain .Tables and chairs for extra dining for 12 on the decks and porch offer additional dining venues ,all on the waterfront. Bedroom #1 is a Master suite with-1 King bed ,walk-in closet, private bath and lake front view. Bedroom #2 is the second Master suite with 1 Queen bed, walk in closet and private bath with tub. These are both on main level allowing those who want to be stair free, but amidst all the togetherness. Above the Kitchen and Dining room is a cozy Loft area, for those that want to slip away, curl up and read a book, or gaze out onto the water. A sofa at the window, pulls out into a double bed for extra sleeping.
Back at the main level, head down the stairs to the Media/Game room with sofas and seating, a 65" TV and Blu Ray player, and 3 game table. A Library will keep readers of all ages entertained, as well as board and card games and puzzles. Bedroom #3 with 2 -Twin beds with lake front view, a spacious centrally located bath, separate Laundry room with ice maker, additional refrigerator, and separate chest freezer will accommodate extra food storage. Lastly, Bedroom# 4 with 1 Queen bed will be a joy to awake viewing the lake. The 3rd full bath is there for both bedroom 3 and 4 to share. Our Linen closet is fully stocked with beach and pool towels, bath towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets. The lower deck has rocking chairs, a bean bag toss and as well as additional seating.

The Tryon Equestrian Center for the international FEI 2018 WEG Games is 25 minutes away, as well as Asheville, Burnt Shirt Winery, Cedar Creek Stables, Saluda, Hendersonville, Bat Cave and Chimney Rock are all under an hours drive from Lake Lure.
