Both bedrooms are equipped with a Sleep Number 360 bed. You can set your desired firmness with the provided remote control.
Comfortable living area with 50" 4K Roku TV.
High speed wifi internet provided.
Beautiful modern condo that has all the amenities that you may need during your stay.
Sorry no pets and positively no smoking, parties, or loud noise.
Walk to Blake Shelton's "Ole Red" coming in 2019.
Enjoy nearby activities such as snow skiing, tubing, ice skating, horse back riding, space needle and arcade. Go carts, aquarium, sky lift, white water rafting, hike over 600 miles of mountain trails.
Visit Dollywood, Dollywood Splash, Great Smokey Mountain National Park and the auto museum. Go shopping or visit the arts and crafts village, winter magic trolley ride, hillbilly golf and dozens of other activities.

Perfect for couples and families

This place was perfect for my family of four. Location is excellentā€“close enough to downtown Gatlinburg area (which can be accessed by walking, driving, or trolley) and the national park without being in the middle of traffic. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend it to couples and small families. Would stay here again.

Nice condo

Well equipped with a keurig, toaster, pots/pans, utensils, linens. Condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Regarding the walk to/from the strip, it is uphill, but we did not have any issues.

A bear smiled at me

Our stay was so much fun!! The property was very nice. Cute little pool and the trolly can pick you up at the corner with the stop sign. Everything is close by. Gatlinburg in general was so nice! Very family and kid friendly. We didnā€™t expect to see any bears but we saw one one morning and he was so cute and on the smaller side. He ended up staying around all day but he was right by the balcony and he actually smiled at me. Then hours later he ended up chasing me because some people started running which you are not supposed to do. Lol everything was fine not aggressive at all. Overall 10/10 would do it again!!! we went into town and even took a mini road trip to Nashville and saw some waterfalls.

Perfect stay

This is the great place to stay when you plan your trip to Greate Smoky Mountain. This condo is perfect to host two families or a large family with several kids. The condo is close to downtown Gatlinburg and have everything you need to stay there.

Vacation was good the condo was good

Stay was good condo was exactly as the pictures however if you are planning on walking from the condo to the strip you will need to drive down the hill from the condo and park the hill is very steep the Trolly doesnā€™t pick you up or drop you off at the condo you have a very hard walk up the steep hills wasnā€™t doable for us so we had to pay parking in the parking lots below the condo. The condo was good and has a pool.

Great place! Close to downtown.

First Iā€™d like to say that the host was very informative and polite with all interactions I had with him. Check in was super simple, as was checking out! And he was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We enjoyed the condo. It was within walking distance of downtown. BUT with that being said, the walk down is great because youā€™re going down a hill. But the walk up, is quite the hike. Now we choose to walk up all 4 nights we were there and ended up a little sore, but itā€™s doable. The condo was clean! The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had all the little things you would need to make breakfast or lunch. There were plenty of extra towels in the bathrooms as well. Overall, our stay was great and I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Gatlinburg.

Great condo near DT Gatlinburg

Very nice 2 bed, 2 bath condo near DT Gatlinburg. Condo was clean and kitchen well appointed. Nice/new appliances and loved having the washer/dryer! Bathrooms were very nice and newly redone. Master shower is awesome. We liked the deck with pretty views of the valley and Gatlinburg Space Needle. You will need a car to get DT and please beware the stairs are a little steep to the building. Overall very nice and would definitely book again.

Gclean and comfortable Condo

Condo is super clean, comfortable, and has new appliances and nice dishes. Anthony doesnā€™t cut any corners and even adds little special touches for you to enjoy your stay. I have no complaints about the condo itself. Only thing I would recommend is getting the HOA to take better care of grounds and pool. Both need lots of TLC.

This is a very attractive, tasteful condo with a modern design and is in excellent condition and close to downtown Gatlinburg. It is: ā€¢ Very quiet complex ā€¢ Great view of mountains ā€¢ Excellent furnishings for people with allergies (minimal rugs and stuffed furniture) ā€¢ New appliances ā€¢ Full kitchen utensils & dishes ā€¢ Super internet (200 mbps) ā€¢ Ample close parking ā€¢ Attention to details ā€“ night lights in all rooms, amenities, tissues, dish soap, etc. ā€¢ Beds are ā€˜sleep numberā€™ with individual controls The host is very responsive and accessible thru Vrbo.

Overall we had a nice experience.

We found the cooking and sleeping amenities to be very good. Future guests should be aware that businesses and restaurants may not be easily accessible on foot due to the local terrain, but still the condo and area are very pleasant.

Super clean and comfortable + close to town

This condo was great - obviously recently updated and very well decorated. Beds were super comfortable, and it was equipped with everything we needed. Clean, nice towels, lots of elbow room. We enjoyed the balcony which looks over Gatlinburg and has a view if the sky needle and sky bridge. Plenty of easy parking. The complex itself is a bit old and dated, but this unit is totally up to date - new fixtures, new appliances, new flooring etc. For awareness: Bring k-cups if you want coffee (no regular coffee pot). And, although it is a short walk down to town, it is a steep 15-20 minute hike back up! We only walked it once, and then elected to pay for parking at the bottom the next couple of times. Totally doable, but not after an 11 mile climb up Mt. LeConte :-). Great communication from the owner. Would choose this again next time!

Great stay and location!!

We loved Anthonyā€™s place- super cute and in a great location. The condo must have been recently redone because everything is new and very nice. We also had the excitement of seeing bears in the parking lot! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
