As you enter this amazing cottage, you'll be greeted with bright, white vaulted ceilings in a room full of windows looking out over the lagoon that invites you to leave your troubles at the door. Settle in and enjoy the many features throughout. The great room has 2 cozy couches and 2 chairs with a 46" TV over the unique driftwood mantle. The adjacent dining area has a table and 6 chairs and is highlighted by 2 walls of windows bringing the natural beauty of Seabrook Island right to the table. The fully stocked kitchen has a vaulted ceiling, granite counter tops, GE Profile appliances and Bosch dishwasher. There is also a stackable washer and dryer on the first floor for your convenience.
The first floor master bedroom has a king bed, 40" HDTV, and en suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors provide access to a private deck complete with 2 Adirondack chairs and a small table. A perfect little getaway after an active day at the beach.

The second bedroom is also on the first floor with another king bed, 40" HDTV, and en suite bath that also has access from the great room area. Upstairs on the second floor kids and adults alike will love the adorable loft with cathedral ceiling, 2 twin beds and a third full en suite bathroom. There is also another sliding glass door that leads to a third deck. Catch some rays or gaze at the stars in the 2 chaise lounge chairs plus 2 additional chairs for seating with 2 small tables for your convenience. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of fun at the beach and an extra refrigerator located under the villa.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
