Courtney Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and is in one of the most coveted locations in Estes Park, just a four-minute walk from the shopping and dining of downtown Estes. Beautiful walks along river paths are only blocks away.

This unique cabin features new bedding, linens, and kitchenware. The living area has large picture windows with views of the village and comes complete with a flatscreen TV with Netflix as well as a DVD player. Free WiFi is available for your convenience. Listen to local musicians playing down the hill from the property, with a gas grill for a summertime barbecue under the stars.

* This vacation rental is equipped with Trailblazer Broadband fiberoptic high-speed internet. The average upload is 250 MBS range3 and download is 100-150 MBS.

This place is a dump and has many neglected maintenance issues.The plugs in kitchen by coffee maker donā€™t work so this morning we were not able to have hot coffee if we wanted to use the toaster. The one by the microwave worked but then canā€™t use both plugs in same outlet without getting shorted out. The bathroom plugs didnā€™t work either therefore couldnā€™t curl or blow dry hair. The shower was impossible to regulate water temperature it went from scalding to cold. Last night I pre heated the oven to bake chicken and the oven door handle was held by glue which when hot the door handle and hot metal burned my hand. There was mold in the shower and not even a curtain just a thin piece of plastic that was not secure. The kitchen kettles had broken lids and no teaspoons for coffee. Also the bedrooms were full of dust bunnies on the floor. This place needs to be removed from renting and repairs made. The lack of maintenance is hazardous to guest stay. My husband and I have come down with cold like symptoms and we will see if our health improves now that we left because there was mold. I booked a place with a kitchen so we could eat a couple meals in but couldnā€™t since we couldnā€™t own the oven and this morning couldnā€™t complete breakfast. This host is negligible and lacks the basics to hospitable stay. I reported the issues last night immediately . I will file a complaint with the licensing with the county fot short term rentals. I incurred many additional costs on meals due to

In town but needs some updating

Walking distance to town but you are right above a brewery, which we liked but a bit noisy at night. The house needs some updating and general maintenance around the house. Most the time when we stay at a short term rental houses it will have your basic kitchen items, so cooking at home is a breeze.

Great location!

Easy access to RMNP which was our main reason for staying there but also close to shops, dining. A little dated in the inside, & it was warm. But the fans and curtains were very helpful. We would stay here again.

Hot hot hot

It was SO hot inside. Outside air was comfortable or even cool, but there was no way to get the air to flow. Bedrooms had windows that would open a few inches and fans. But the big living room was basically a greenhouse that trapped the heat with only a small section of screen on the storm door to let air through. The front door didnā€™t have a screen so no airflow that way either. Overall it just isnā€™t as nice as the pictures look.

I was surprised to see a propane grill on site. The 3 bedroom cottage served the family get together well and provided a wonderful place to make memories. The views of the mountains and trees were spectacular and being located near downtown Estes Park means I did not need to drive as frequently to shop. I would recommend this place for those that like to be located in town, Estes Park.

Really enjoyed the location and closeness to town activities, although walking up the hill to the front door from town is not easy for a low altitude person. The house had all we needed for 4 people although the shower needs some help to make it more user friendly.

Incredibly convenient!

Amazing location - easy walk to town, creek, tram and activities - even better than expected. As other reviews say - itā€™s an old cottage and a bit shabby but beds were very comfortable and cleanliness was impressive. Worst part was the heat: the big windows do not open so itā€™s nearly impossible to cool the master and living area - thereā€™s just not enough ways to get airflow.

Greeted by ELK

We were greeted by local Elk when we pulled up to park in front of this Cozy quaint and charming cottage. It has a retro- feel with older fixtures. A step back in time which we loved. A place to get away from it all. Literally 1 min walk to local businesses. Relaxing to come back to at end of day at national park. Local team texted us just before check in and Sarah was readily available with any questions or concerns. We appreciated that! Would recommend.

Great location

The location is great and the size of the house was perfect for our family. I didnā€™t think not having ac would be an issue but only 2 windows in the house open so it got hot in the afternoons. Some things could use some updating but overall it was a good stay.

We had a wonderful trip. The only issue we had was booking the trip. After we booked and paid for the trip we were told we couldnt stay at the property. We were told we could stay somewhere else but it wouldnt be able to accommodate the amount of ppl we had. Offered a diacount then they changed their minds. The communication between vacasa and myself was awful. I thought we were being scammed. I will never book through this site again.
