In the leafy and peaceful Abatilles neighborhood, this large, Landes-style house of approximately 100 m² features four bedrooms, a lovely covered terrace with a barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals with family and friends, and is surrounded by a large enclosed garden.

The living room, with its lounge area (no TV, no Wi-Fi), and dining area, opens directly onto the terrace.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a stove (oven and cooktop), dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, Senseo coffee machine, and microwave.

The house comprises two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe, and a large bathroom. A third bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe, and a shower room with a toilet. A fourth bedroom, ideal for children, offers a dormitory-style sleeping area with two bunk beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe, as well as a separate toilet. A travel cot and a high chair are available. Pets are welcome.

You're halfway between Arcachon town center and the Moulleau district. The nearest beaches are Pereire and Arbousiers, perfect for family picnics or swimming. Moulleau is the ideal spot for a sunset drink. A sunny holiday awaits!
