This condo is a short drive from shopping, dining, and the hot springs in downtown Pagosa Springs, while fishing is possible in many of the nearby lakes. Golfers will enjoy the 27-hole championship course nearby while snow sport enthusiasts will find skiing and snowboarding 37 miles away at Wolf Creek Ski Area. There is plenty of exploring to be had in the nearby San Juan National Forest.

We love Pagosa

Lovely property. Great for kids and family. Grill was a big plus, but we could only get 2 short showers at a time. Needed to wait over an hour for more hot water.

Comfy, Great Location, Affordable

This is an older condo with older carpet in the bedrooms and furniture that has been around awhile. But it was clean, comfortable and a great location! Minutes to restaurants, coffee shop, grocery, etc. We appreciated the affordability too! Very well appointed kitchen, plenty of clean towels and supplies. We were very pleased.

Expensive disappointment

Liked: spacious, great t.v. and selection, good location & comfortable beds. Didn't like: filthy carpeting, dirty and crap kitchen equipment, run down furniture, dirty floors, sliding screen door broken, run down overall.

Nice stay BUT needs TLC!

The property itself and the location was great. Upon walking in I was surprised to see the floors so dirty. The carpets everywhere we’re discussing. We all wore socks the whole time and they were black on the bottom. I hung my husbands swim trunks on the bed frame and when I took it off they were so dusty. It was dusty everywhere!

Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and No Wi-Fi

I was very disappointed with the condition of the condo, especially regarding cleanliness. The interior was extremely dusty, giving the impression that it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Dust was clearly visible along the baseboards, window ledges, kitchen cabinets, and furniture. Despite being charged a cleaning fee, the home was clearly not prepared for guests. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not work at any point during our weekend stay. The lack of cleanliness and non-functional amenities made for an uncomfortable and frustrating experience.

Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and it's clear we fell short in preparing the space to our usual standards. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with Wi-Fi issues throughout your stay. While we did attempt to resolve the problem during your visit, we regret that our troubleshooting steps did not resolve it at the time. Filthy and broken townhome

We walked in and the smell hit us first. It was musty and nose-clogging. The HVAC intake was black and full of hair. The vent underneath was so clogged that the air conditioner couldn’t work. A closet door was broken and hanging, there were cobwebs in the cupboard, and the back screen door was ripped. All of the bedding smelled musty.

Positives are….location, quiet, price, & ease of booking & communications & response with staff. Negatives….heating system wasn’t very good. Upstairs got hot if downstairs was comfortable & vice versa. No explanation or instructions for tv/entertainment equipment, grill on patio was (trash) inoperable even after we got it chipped out of an ice block, broom but no dust pan, vacuum gave off more dust than it picked up, kitchen utensils & pots & pans left a bit to be desired. Lots of stuff but most not very useful. To be honest it was fairly typical of places we’ve stayed. Overall, okay place to stay, met our needs, and the price was very reasonable. Late March early April so this was off season/holidays for Pagosa.

We had a great week and this was a great place with a warm cozy feel. The hot water heater might need some attention as we did have a shortage of hot water very quickly. Our host was great and I’m sure would have jumped on it had I said anything:)

Lovely Getaway

This home was quite spacious and in a great location. We loved being able to take walks in the neighborhood, as well as walk to the local coffee shop, restaurants, and grocery store! It was a lovely little getaway for our family of four, and we all enjoyed exploring Pagosa Springs and the surrounding area.

Very nice!

The stay was wonderful! We would consider the property again in the future. The outside area was clean, it was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything! The kitchen was stocked with everything that you could think of. The reason for the 4 star on cleanliness was because of some pretty good size stains on the carpet in the bedroom downstairs as well as pain peeling above the shower head in the bathroom downstairs. We loved the fact that there was fire wood for the fireplace! Thank you for sharing your house with bus!

Family Vacation

This place has everything you would need. Close to downtown. Small walk to Higher ground coffee shop. Got to fox every morning crossing through back yard. And loved seeing the hot air balloons right above you. Very nice place. We will definitely book again. Thank you.

Pagosa Springs get away

Here is a wonderful small town with charm. Sit in a hot springs and enjoy great food in town. Then many wonderful hikes around Pagosa. Do not miss Piedra River. It follows the river thru a canyon on of rocks. And one f the prettiest places out west. Several falls in the are but my favorite is Sulver Falls. Not to long of a hike, on even ground. Falls is the best out in the area. Chimney Rock is also there too. Pagosa a place to enjoy.

Family Vacation

This home was very comfortable, within walking distance to stores and some restaurants, also to a wonderful play area for children, adults, and teens!! We enjoyed the back patio and the numbered parking area in the front!

Great condo!

This condo was exactly what we needed while staying for a week in Pagosa Springs. It is close to everything you need, was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. It was hotter than normal while we were there, so the AC was not able to cool down, but each bedroom has a fan, which was very helpful! If we come back to Pagosa Springs, we will stay here again!

Great property-Avoid Vacasa

This property was perfect for 3 teenage boys and me. It hasn't been updated but there was plenty of space and utility. This place is much larger than it appears in the pictures. It was very nice. Although I went through VRBO, this place is managed by Vacasa. Their customer service is awful. I did not hear anything about our booking up until the week we were leaving for the trip. Trying to contact Vacasa to figure out directions and check in procedures was a nightmare. I went through multiple hold times and sent multiple emails. Their chat system is also horrible. Finally, I reached someone and they told me I couldn't get any instructions until the day of check in. I find this unacceptable. I wasn't about to drive for 12 hours and then find out there was an issue. I even spoke to a 'Manager' named Will. He was equally as worthless. I won't ever book anything with Vacasa again. I am disappointed that VRBO wasn't able to help

Awesome time

Great time for a short get away for a Birthday/Valentines weekend. The condo was nice and spacious and had everything we needed. Next time we will seek out the same place and hopefully stay longer.
