Exclusive and modern apartment overlooking the sea on island Pag in Croatia, few min walk to the beach for up to 4 people. The beach has various forms of entertainment such as bars, restaurants, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, jet ski, water slides for the kids, etc.. Beautiful coffee shops/restaurants on the beach are called Oaza and Palma.

Apartment is located on the ground floor so it's suitable for disabled. Apartment is fully equipped with Coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, barbecue, free parking for a few vehicles in front of the apartment, TV, Internet access, free wifi, free air conditioning, freezer, towels and bed sheets provided. Property has a large living room with kitchen and bar place. Apartment has 2 separated bedrooms with 4 double beds. There is also a big terrace with garden and barbecue where guests can enjoy the sea view and nature. Very nice for couples and families that want a look at the sea and nice atmosphere. It is also really good for young people who are looking to rent exclusive apartment and have fun at Zrce beach/ Novalja. You can see photos of the entire apartment, which was beautifully decorated with a lovely terrace. Pets are not allowed.

This area of Croatia is also really nice to visit during spring, early summer as well as September and October because of its nice weather and high temperature of the sea and everything is still open at that time. There are many organic products to buy like olive oil, fruits and vegetables, local cheese (paski sir), body/hair products and many others.

The famous beach Zrce is 900 meters and five minutes away from the apartment by bus or car. You can reach Zrce beach on foot also in approximate maximum 15 minutes. Novalja is 1.5 km away. On the main square in Gajac there is a bus station that leads to Novalja and Zrce beach ( price in one direction is around 3€ per person). There are also many different taxi transfers all night as well as uber. There are many local restaurants, coffee shops and food shops on the main square which is only 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Next to the apartment there are few really high quality restaurants (Sidro and Mig) with affordable prices. Every day they have set menus for less than 8€ per person. 75 km from the apartment is airport Zadar which is connected to all main big cities in Europe. There is Airport pick up/drop off service for extra charge.
