Bright, stylish Villa with easy indoor and outdoor living, a lovely, vast garden a spa whirlpool (not heated) and a private swimming pool. The stunning Villa Elaida boasts a wonderful position with grand views of the countryside, close to the sandy beach and small town Panormo (5min driving), classified as one of the most beautiful seaside locations in Rethymno and with many delightful villages to discover nearby. The Villa can accommodate up to 26 guests and is located within 200 metres from the centre of Perama town, where you will find big super markets, pharmacies, banks, taverns and all essentials for your daily needs!

Exterior
The property enjoys a superb location with wonderful views of the countryside. There are 2000 sq. m. of grounds. There are three terraces, a covered one off the living area with views of the pool area, ideal for outdoor meals, a second off the kitchen overlooking the orchards and a third on the other side of the kitchen in a garden shaded by trees. Within one hectare of land, the property has a spacious well-established garden with lawns and planted with olive trees. There is a beautiful, large, private pool (10X5 meters and 1,40 m deep), also featuring a children’s pool of 10 m2 and 0,60 m deep, as well as a non heated spa whirlpool. There are a lot of sun beds around the swimming pool where you can enjoy your sunbathing or sit by the pool late at the afternoon and relax while feeling the refreshing summer breeze on you. You can also find among the trees next to the pool area a children’s playground, a basketball and volleyball court, a ping pong table and a pool table while enjoying the beautiful views across the countryside.

Interior
The interior has been beautifully decorated and furnished with much attention to detail in a contemporary style well suited to its provincial setting. The rooms in the main house are distributed over two floors.

Ground Floor
When entering the house there is a large living room where you can enjoy some moments of relaxation while watching TV. There is also a dining area where you can enjoy your meal with your family and a fully equipped modern kitchen, as well as a family bathroom. Furthermore, there are three spacious bedrooms in the ground floor, each one covering 25 m2 and featuring its own ensuite bathroom and having a single sofa bed. Additionally, guests can access one more bedroom on the ground floor, which has its own private access and direct access to the garden, also equipped with its own en suite bathroom. Last but not least, it also provides a kitchenette and a living room where a sofa bed can open to a double bed, ready to welcome you for a comfortable stay!

Upper Floor
On the first floor, the remaining four, suite-type bedrooms of Villa Elaida are located, where guests can have their privacy and enjoy the comfort that they can offer. Each one has a separate bedroom with a double bed, its own small kitchenette, living room with a double sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the suites also has an additional single sofa bed. All bedrooms can easily accommodate four guests and have balcony access that offer wonderful views of the surrounding area, ideal for watching the sunset with your loved ones!

Villa Elaida is located in Perama town which is within 5 minutes walking distance to everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office.
Location Overview.
Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.
The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.
Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.
Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
