Welcome to our casa away from your casa!

Enjoy a completely remodeled and fully furnished two bedroom, two bath, single story 1,200 sqft home. Located in East Mesa, you will enjoy the quietness and friendliness of the neighborhood.

Host a small get together as our living room and open concept kitchen has ample seating. The dining table unfolds to allow for additional guests and entertainment space. The large coffee table can accommodate folks for an excellent game of cards or ample snacks while watching your favorite show or movie!

Our fully stocked kitchen will have everything you’ll need during your stay. An attached laundry room with washer/dryer with additional storage is available as needed.

Turquoise Spanish tile invites you into one of two bathrooms. A large walk in shower awaits you in the second bathroom.

Dream away in the comfort of queen beds complete with blackout curtains in each bedroom, blocking either the evening sun or morning light.

French Doors will lead you to the BBQ grill. Enjoy the evenings outback or early morning coffee.

Additional amenities are available the community center. Guests have access to community pool and hot tub, and may participate in various activities offered. Additional fees may apply.

The property was so comfortable and relaxing. We came to go to Cubs spring training games and the location was great. The pool and hot tub were great to use at the end of the day.

Prime location for many activities

I had a wonderful month-long stay, and this property met all of my needs. It is well-located for access to golf, hiking, and other outdoor activities. On rainy days there are many local museums to check out. The property was very comfortable and stocked with everything I needed to have an enjoyable vacation. I definitely recommend!

Wonderful get away for Work

Our first time working remote away from home. Worked out perfectly for me and a friend. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful, clean home with everything we needed. Host responded to questions quickly. Loved the pool and hot tub access close by. Definately would book again.

One of the best experiences ever

Very nice home, clean, quiet, well stocked easy to get around in the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing that would be nice to have is an electric tea kettle and teapot for tea drinkers. Water from the coffee maker tastes like coffee. Thanks for an enjoyable time!

Cousins Stay at the Modern Farmhouse

My bed was so very comfortable. This was a working trip, so the bed was very important. I was there with my cousin working on an estate of a deceased relative, and we were exhausted most of the time. We were there a week, and we were at home om the Modern Farmhouse the entire stay. The proprietors provided basic kitchen items (plus)... and thankfully a coffee maker and a toaster. The water heater was a bit inconsistent, so sometimes it took awhile for the water to get hot. However, given outside temperatures, this was not a huge issue. I am not sure why it is called a Modern Farmhouse, because it is not a farmhouse and the decor really is not reminiscent of a farmhouse (at least to me). Overall, the accommodations were fabulous, because I cannot say enough about how I was able to sleep and rest in this place.

I normally don't write a bad review . But I feel others need to know this and be aware . We arrived and decided to go in to the home to check it out first. Which I'm glad we did without bringing our items in. Upon arrival we found one live and three dead cockroaches. We then went outside and contacted the host and called VRBO. So we really never stayed there. I told them were not going to stay and asked for a refund. The host apologized numerous times and said they do have the home sprayed regularly. They were gracious enough to give us our full refund. I understand issues and problems arise but this is not what I had expected. This was the first time in all our renting of homes that this had happened. I am not sure we will be renting a home again after this experience. The Proctor's

Beautifully Remodelled Home in Quiet Mesa Neighbourhood

We rented this home for the month of January. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with how nicely the interior of this home had been remodelled. The kitchen was well stocked and had new stainless steel appliances. The living room and kitchen are open concept and when we had friends over for an evening we were able to seat nine people quite comfortably. The two bedrooms are roomy and have comfortable queen beds. There is no en-suite bathroom but there are two washrooms, with one situated very close to the two bedrooms. We mainly used the bathroom at the rear of the house, next to the Arizona room, as we preferred the tiled walk in shower. Both bathrooms were newly renovated and the one at the back of the house was a good size. There is a fire pit and seating for four in the backyard but we really never used it much, as the weather was cooler when we were there. The house is situated in a 55+ community and is very quiet. We had access to the pools and community club, but we never used them, so we cannot comment on them. There are lots of restaurants, stores, and activities in the area but you have to drive to them. While we were there we golfed at two golf courses that were relatively close, Painted Mountain and The Arizona. We had friends in Apache Junction and Gold Canyon and both communities were quickly accessible from the house. We managed to keep ourselves quite busy during our time in Mesa! Tracy was a great host and answered whenever we phoned, His uncle and aunt live in the house that neighbours the backyard and we certainly enjoyed meeting and visiting with them. They gave us all kind of recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, and day trips! We would certainly rent again if we returned to Mesa.

Excellent stay!! Hosts were very accommodating and prompt with replies. House was very well stocked with daily useitems. The pools were awesome. Short drive and we walked a couple times. Theres also a farm fresh market close for fresh fruits and veggies at excellent prices. Would definitely dtay here again!

My wife and I had a quick 4 day stay and really enjoyed the home. The inside is like brand new and had everything we needed. The location was easy to get to and close to the things we needed. We sat in the backyard each morning and enjoyed the sun and even used the pickle ball courts that were part of the association. Highly recommended! We would stay again!
