Really great condo, exceptionally large compared to the typical beachfront high-rise unit. Very comfortable bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space to spread out, and the living space is really comfortable. Fantastic balcony, we spent lots of time out there! Highly recommend.

Family Beach trip

The view was amazing! The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and nice. We had a great time.

Great stay

Clean, spacious property with easy check in and check out process. The pool is great and close beach access. The Sandestin resort is easy to get around and has plenty to do. Condo has beach chairs for free as well as beach service available for extra. We loved our stay and will be back!

Great view of the Gulf!!

One of the best views of the Gulf we have had and a very spacious condo. However the floors were dirty as the bottom of our slippers were black. We also had to purchase pillows as the ones at the condo were paper thin. The master bath shower head needs to be replaced, along with the water being shut off 5 times. Overall, for the price, we will look elsewhere.

The property manager’s required info for check-in was over the top (phone, email, picture ID and DL#). Having had my identity stolen previously, I was concerned but provided these given that they assume all costs if the info was shared (purposely or by accident). Otherwise all was great.

Beautiful property

This property is absolutely beautiful. The location is great with beautiful views. Its newr great shops and eateries. The actual property itself was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and it even came stocked with lounge chairs for the beach if you forgot. The check in process is easy and hassle free. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful view and great location

The location of this condo was amazing. It gave us a great view across the beach and we could see Dolphins swimming in the ocean. The area was very convenient as well. The only negative was the furniture and cabinets had taken a beating but it wasn’t too bad.

Awesome location and property - a few minor improvements

Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time staying in the building over the past 2 years - we love the location and facilities, and proximity to the beach and pool. This was the first time in this room, as we had 8 family members in our party.Positives: Great location, 3 large rooms and great kitchen and living room with a large balcony to view the beach.Negatives: The refridgerator was not cooling, but freezer did. There was an alernate smaller one already there, and when we called maintenance, they came out and couldn't fix fridge, and brought another alernate smaller fridge, so seems like was a known issue. Also - master bath shower leaks water on the floor. Those were minor things to an overall great stay, but prevented us from giving 5 stars. Overall would stay there again!

Loved the View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the view from this unit! We could see up and down the beach, and saw dolphins, turtles, stingrays, and sharks in the water from the unit balcony! So cool! The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels for our 3 night stay. It even had beach chairs that we could use. The cons of the unit were: even though the floor was vacuumed, it really needed a good scrubbing (our feet were black by the end of the day). Also, the beds were soft AND the pillows were VERY thin -- and one of the beds creaked every time you sat on it, which definitely needs to be replaced, along with the pillows. There were also some things that we noticed need maintenance and we let the rental company know (balcony screens torn, light above sink not working, shower curtain dirty...), and they seemed receptive to us telling them of these things. We did ask them to wait until we left to take care of them, which they honored (they did offer to bring us replacement pillows, but we said not to, and hopefully they will replace them with better ones for the next guests). Overall, we were happy with the unit, and would recommend staying there (especially if they take care of the things we mentioned). We initially weren't sure about being up so high, but it really wasn't an issue, and it was definitely a WOW experience being able to see the water animals from above! As I said earlier, we definitely Loved the View!

Relaxacation!!!

Sandestin never disappoints

We enjoyed the views and the weather! The unit was nice, slightly worn but I guess it’s a rental so we can’t complain. We had some issues and they sent maintenance to promptly address them.

Great Place to Stay!

Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay - the unit was updated and spacious (3 bedrooms (each with a king bed) and 3 bathrooms). The patio was also large and was great for eating outdoors and enjoying the sunshine.This was on the 21st floor, and it was a very quick elevator ride down and then just steps away from the beach, which was great!The management company was responsive to a couple of minor things we encoutered.

Fabulous getaway

Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and great view from balcony of this lovely condo on the top floor. There was plenty of balcony furniture for everyone to gather for evening sunsets. The beach was great and pool was wonderful. There is beautiful landscaping everywhere and the area has lots of activities. Plenty of pots and pans, but a few are worn and need to be replaced. However, overall this was a 5 star stay. Can’t wait to return.

Birthday Vacation Week

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is spacious. The washer and dryer and very small and sit in a really cramped closet. The coffee maker was extremely dirty and old with a weird smell. We asked to get a replacement and never got one. We bought coffee out at the maple biscuit company instead. The master bedroom headboard rattles and makes sounds anytime some shifts or turns in bed. I tend to roll at night and my husband does as well so the sound of each other adjusting would wake the other one up. The view was good from the condo. Would not rent this condo again. Also walking down the hallway to the property we saw some cockroaches, while we didn’t see any in the condo the fact that they were in the hall was concerning and I CANNOT STAND BUGS! I feel for the money we paid for this condo we did not get much value for what we paid. The property wedtwinds is awesome and we have stayed here in different condos for the past 6 years now. The pool, hot tub, parking, and beach access is very nice. Definitely will return to this property just not this condo.
