In the heart of Prescott is located this lovely 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 car garage vacation house. Nestled just a 7-minute drive from the lively Whiskey Row, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore the city's vibrant culture and attractions. Spend your days wandering the downtown courthouse square with restaurants and shopping, just a 10-minute drive away, or try your luck at Buckey's Casino, only 11 minutes from your doorstep.

Back at the property, you'll find all the comforts of home and more. Prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and a host of other appliances. Gather around the dining table or step outside to fire up the grill for an alfresco feast and enjoy the amazing long distance views. When it's time to unwind, sink into the plush living room and enjoy the smart 65" TV with satellite/cable channels and streaming features or curl up with a good book from our library. Stay connected with the 300 Mbp free WiFi, and keep your clothes fresh with the full size washer and dryer in the master bathroom.

With 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, and all the essential linens and toiletries, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Step outside and take a relaxing walk in this quiet residential neighborhood and soak up the sunshine, or simply relax in the comfort of your home away from home. For our guests with dogs we have a fully fenced front yard with a doggie door for easy access. There is a 3rd spot to park in the front and plenty of short term parking on the street. Whether you're seeking adventure or a peaceful retreat, this Prescott vacation home has it all.

There are 2 remote controls for the TV. Take the Samsung control and turn on the power button.
If you need CABLE use SPARKLIGHT REMOTE and point at small black cable box on shelf under the TV.

MAKE SURE THE CABLE BOX AND THE TV ARE BOTH ON THE SAME "SOURCE"
I.E. LOOK IN BACK OF TV AND MAKE SURE THE HDMI CABLE IS PLUGGED IN. IT SHOULD BE IN "HDMI 1" YOU CAN VERIFY THIS BY PRESSING THE "SOURCE" BUTTON ON THE SAMSUNG REMOTE TV. THE TV SOURCE AND THE CABLE BOX BOTH HAVE TO BE ON "HDMI 1"

Great mountain getaway - excellent amenities!

This is a top notch vacation rental! I originally booked thinking I would be doing a lot of activities in and around Prescott, but with the beautiful views and amenities we ended up staying in most of the trip - enjoyed using the BBQ and relaxing on the deck - and took some neighborhood walks. Excellent quiet location, but also not far from town. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful views

If you're looking for the quiet side of Prescott, this is the place. The view is amazing from the back deck, with plenty of seating to enjoy it. It is about 10 minutes from the downtown area, so a car is necessary. Great for a group too, with plenty of room to spread out.

Lovely, private home

Lovely open spaces, made it a really nice place for our family to stay! We were all mesmerized by the view out the windows and spent a lot of time just enjoying the view. The hot tub was well used as the weather was quite brisk, but the sun was just so enjoyable that we kept marveling at it! This house is the perf3ct choice, private yet close to town and restaurants and shops.

Quiet cul de sac property

This home was perfect for a beat the heat respite from the PHX heat. Beautiful back deck views and actually from the entire living quarters. We will go back...just got to find some space.

Perfect location

It was a nice house dog friendly and in a great location close to Prescott but far enough away to be super relaxing. house was well equipped and had a nice fenced in yard area for the dog. House is at the end of a cul de sac in an already quiet neighborhood and had great views of the city and the mountains. Deer were spotted right in the backyard. wonderfully relaxing vacation spot.

Peaceful Getaway

It was a perfect getaway in celebration of many years of friendships.We spent most of our stay enjoying the sunrise and sunset from the expansive deck. The view was incredible! The house is very accommodating for gathering with an open floorplan on the first floor. It also offers privacy with bedrooms, bath, kitchenette and living space on the lower level. Perfect for a 2 families vacation.

Million dollar view

We spent 5 weeks while waiting for our home to be finished in Phoenix. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood with magnificent views. House is close to many grocery options, both in Prescott, Prescott Valley and in the Willow Creek area. Amazing hiking all around just outside of town. Owners are very kind and responsive!! You will enjoy your stay!

Gorgeous View

The setting is beautiful with a lovely view of Thumb Butte. We BBQ'ed a couple of nights, which was delightful. A 75" TV let us us watch our Netflix and Prime shows. It was all very comfortable, relaxing and a great place from which to explore Prescott and its environs. Len, the host, was very responsive.

House was comfortable, good quality furniture, well stocked kitchen and laundry, and wonderful deck with multiple seating areas. The photos and description are accurate. The main level is very large with many windows and sliding glass doors, giving a feeling of spaciousness. The views are exceptional, overlooking a valley and golf course.

Wonderful 6-Week Stay — we stayed at Lin's place while waiting to move into our new home, and it truly made that whole transition so much easier. The view alone is worth five stars—absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, and something we looked forward to every single day. The location couldn’t be better: private, quiet, and backing right up to the golf course, yet still central to anything you might want or need.The house was spotless and fully stocked in a way most rentals aren’t. From Ziploc bags to Q-tips, every little thing you’d expect to have at home was already there. It genuinely felt like staying in someone’s well-equipped home rather than a bare rental.The floorplan is perfect—open, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The driveway took us a day to figure out, but once we realized backing in with our full-size SUV was the trick, it became easy.One of my favorite parts of this property was the yard and the wildlife. There are walking paths, benches, and quiet spots everywhere, and we had deer and javelinas visiting almost daily. The upper and lower decks!! We spent every single evening out there watching the stars. It was the perfect way to end the day!If you're looking for a private, beautifully located home with everything you could possibly need (and then some), this is it. We’d absolutely stay again if we hadn’t purchased a home just 3 miles away:)

We enjoyed our stay with friends of 50 years very much. Our only complaint was the unit was not well supplied & the TV’s in the upper living room & upper master suite were not working several times. We called the hosts many times & they were very responsive & corrected our issues right away. As a suggestion, it would be helpful to have instructions on how each TV is to be operated & which remotes are used. The out of stock situation was due to the cleaning crew I believe & I am confident the McGee’s will get these issues taken care of immediately. The views were spectacular!
