This tourist apartment MƔlaga centre is located on the tenth floor of a building with a lift in the Malagueta neighbourhood, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, one of the most exclusive areas of MƔlaga.



With its magnificent location and unbeatable views, this beautiful recently built apartment offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a perfect getaway in MƔlaga, blending city and beach.



The holiday apartment MƔlaga centre consists of a living room with a sofa, a flat-screen television and an open kitchen. From the living room, you can access a charming terrace with views of the port area Muelle Uno, the Cathedral and the Alcazaba.



The bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and access to a bathroom with a shower. The terrace can be accessed from the bedroom.



The holiday rental MĆ”laga centre has air conditioning, free internet access. We have nearby parking, cost 15ā‚¬ per day. Subject to availability.

We had a wonderful stay - as others have noted, the view/balcony are the stars of the show! Everything was as expected, very clean, and no issues. Great little shops nearby for supplies etc. Perfect location for both the beach and old town. Would not hesitate to come back! Thanks so much.

Very nice location. Host met us and was available for any questions we had during the week. Great spot to hit the restaurants on the port or a short walk into town centre. Quick trip to the beach as well.

Beautiful Location

The location is amazing! The best part of the property (other than the view) is the AC and the patio. Because it is centrally located, it is very easy to walk to all the best places. This property is definitely woth the stay.

Great apartment at 10 floor with fantastic view of the harbour and surroundings. Enjoyable to sit at the terrace and watch Malagueta seaside activity and life outside. Close to city centre, nice and pleasant walk into the centre. Close to good restaurants and shops. Clean and nice. Helpful host, easy to communicate with and fast to respond at requests. Great location

We were looking for somewhere near the beach, but not too far away from the city centre. This apartment was ideal and the Host was fantastic with us. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk away, the center is 10-15 mins. There is a development with shops and restaurants near by which was great, and a supermarket at the back of the apartment complex.

Loved this apartment! location is perfect. The apartment is very modern and a lovely furnished balcony with great views. Contact with Solaga and Susana the owner was very good. Excellent apartment for 2 people. Clean and well equipped. As others have noted, the location is great ā€” close to beach, restaurants, historical sites and the downtown area. We loved walking everywhere. The weather in mid November was not spectacular the week we were there, but only one day of rain.

Great location, easy to get to beaches, restaurants and to the historic city centre. Food shops really close by. The flat is small but very efficient in space and well maintained. There is not a full kitchen, but we managed to cook on a few nights. The terrace is spacious and has expansive views across the city - beautiful to sit and people watch, definitely the highlight of the space. Managing company was very easy to work with. Really enjoyable stay.

A top location overlooking the harbour and close to good restaurants and shops. A short walk into the old town and from the bus stop coming from the airport. The apartment is ideal for a couple and we had five very enjoyable days never tiring of the view from the apartment. The weather was sunny the whole time with temperatures 18 - 20 c. We ate out for every meal as the quality and prices of the restaurants were outstanding.
