From September 1 the rental is offered to 2 students in shared accommodation and at the end of their stay this year on April 6 the rental is available for tourists
Beautiful new apartment and BBC which makes it comfortable in all seasons on the 1st floor, comfortable and bright of 60m² in a quiet residence. Residence secured by videophone 800m from the beach of Saint Marc sur mer and all shops.
Well equipped, comprising: entrance, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with washing machine WC are separated.
Internet equipment: free box.
28 m2 terrace facing south.
Sleeps: 2 double beds 140 x 190 possibility of adding a child's bed. We can provide all the equipment according to your request for a young child such as high chair, stroller, baby bath, changing mattress, carpet with games.

Kitchen equipment: fridge / freezer, electric oven, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, Bosch dishwasher, iron, large screen TV, garden furniture and deckchairs. Secure private parking.
4 bikes for men and women available for free in a closed room where you can add your bikes. Secure underground parking with gate opening using a remote control.

When you leave the residence, you can take the Chemin du Vallioux on foot (800 m), then a low-traffic street to reach the Grand Traic beach. You go down on the beach or you take the customs road along the beaches the children can even stop in a playground on the course in the middle of the holm oaks you will discover the castle of St Marc. If you have the chance to come during the high tides you can fish for mussels and wild oysters ... My apartment is planned for 4 adults maximum because we have 2 separate bedrooms with 140 beds but in the largest room we can exceptionally add a child bed (but not adult) the WC is separate and not in the bathroom.

Het echtpaar Morel heeft alles er aan gedaan om het ons naar de zin te maken. Er stond cake voor ons klaar, later in de week kregen we tomaten uit eigen moestuin. Om de taalproblemen te omzeilen werd alles uit de kast gehaald. Leuke mensen, leuke vakantie.

Très bonne location

Séjour dans cette location très agréable dont nous avons profité pleinement. En effet nous sommes arrivés avec un rhume qui s'est transformé en bronchite. Donc très peu sortis, c'est pourquoi nous avons pu apprécier la location par son calme, ses agencements et l'accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Un très bon gâteau fait maison nous y attendait. Les nuit ont été très calmes et le réveil accompagné du jacassement des pies qui nichaient dans les arbres proches.Nous avons contacté SOS Médecin sans problème à 5 minutes en voiture pour consulter.Nous avons été sur la plage qui se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds et 5 en voiture, par contre peu de places pour le stationnement à proximité de la plage.Mis à part les problèmes de virus d'été, séjour très positif.

Idealer Ort für ruhige Ferien

Die Begrüßung durch die Vermieter bei leckerem selbstgebackenem Kuchen war sehr herzlich und sie waren stets bemüht und aufmerksam, ob wir etwas brauchten. Die Wohnung war wie beschreiben und man konnte auf der großen Terrasse ruhig und entspannt seine Mahlzeiten genießen. Auch das Benutzen der Fahhräder vor Ort war toll , wenn auch die Gegend sehr hügelig ist.

Schöner Urlaub

Nette Vermieter helfen mit Tipps, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Und der Kuchen war auch sehr lecker. Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Für Hausstauballergiker gut geeignet: Fliesen, Ledersofa, Matratze Sehr von Vorteil sind die Tiefgarage und die vier Fahrräder. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Saint Marc sur mer

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Komfort und Südbalkon

Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Küchenzeile, einem Badezimmer, einen Pkw Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage und einen abgeschlossenen Raum für Fahrräder genau das was wir gesucht haben. Wir waren in 10 Gehminuten an einem der zahlreichen Strände in Saint Marc. Der Vermieter ist stets mit seinen Ratschlägen hilfreich. Nous remercions pour le hospitalité. Nous avons passé de très belles journées à St. Nazaire.

Un très agréable séjour : MERCI !

Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique de la part des propriétaires qui nous ont même offert un délicieux gâteau à notre arrivée. Et ils se sont souciés de notre bien-être durant notre séjour. L'appartement est très confortable, vaste, bien insonorisé, clair et bien équipé. Literie en très bon état. Salon bien agréable pour se prélasser au retour de nos balades. Pas de vis-à-vis et terrasse spacieuse pour profiter d'un extérieur. Les chambres donnent sur un magnifique chêne vert et un sentier piétonnier donc calmes. L'équipement du logement est complet et pratique à l'usage (lits faits à l'arrivée, serviettes de toilettes en nombre largement suffisant, torchons, vaisselle). La belle plage du Grand Traict à 750 m à pied et le marché à un peu plus de 800 m. Une place de stationnement en sous-sol facile d'accès. Malgré un temps maussade, nous avons passé une belle semaine.

St. Marc August 2020

Wir haben im Appartement von Bernadette und Thierry wunderschöne, erholsame Ferien verbracht. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und die große Terrasse, auf der man sehr schön frühstücken kann, vermittelt zusätzlich ein schönes Urlaubsgefühl. Den Weg zum Strand von St. Marc haben wir zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrädern, die uns Thierry und Bernadette kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt haben, zurückgelegt. Mit den Rädern sind wir auch zum Wochenmarkt im Zentrum von St. Marc gefahren, wo man viele regionale Produkte findet und französisches Flair genießen kann. Bernadette hat uns mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen empfangen (sehr lecker !!!) und Thierry hat uns neben Ausflugstipps auch noch ein Glas seiner köstlichen, selbstgemachten Bio-Marmelade mitgebracht. Die beiden sind also nicht nur Vermieter sondern wirkliche Gastgeber. Wir können Ferien im Appartement von Bernadette und Thierry sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen !

Schöne komfortable Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben zwei herrliche Sommerurlaubs-Wochen in dem komfortablen Appartement von Thierry und Bernadette verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung oberhalb des Ortskerns. Es ist alles genau so, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Induktions-Kochfeld und Geschirrspüler, Herd und Microwelle. Der Kühlschrank hat auch ein großes Gefrierfach. Das Badezimmer ist modern und sehr sauber. Die Waschmaschine läuft tadellos. Eine Klimaanlage benötigt man nicht, da das Appartement mit Rolladen ausgestattet ist und es ohnehin abends schön abkühlt. Der Balkon ist groß und in schöner Südausrichtung. Es gibt bequeme Liegen und eine Sitzgruppe mit Sonnenschirm. In der Tiefgarage konnten wir unser Auto sicher und kühl abstellen. Thierry hat sich in der ganzen Zeit sehr nett um unser Wohl gekümmert und uns per SMS Ausflugstipps und Restaurant-Empfehlungen gesendet. Er hat uns auch zu sich nach Hause eingeladen, wo wir seinen tollen Bio-Gemüsegarten bestaunen durften. Zur Begrüßung stand schon ein von Bernadette selbst gebackener Kuchen (köstlich!) und Mineralwasser für uns bereit. Die Verständigung auf Französisch klappte trotz unserer bescheidenen Schulunterrichtskenntnisse gut, zweimal hat Thierry auch seinen Bruder und seinen Nachbarn mitgebracht, die in Englisch übersetzen konnten. Vier Fahrräder stehen in einem Extra-Raum bereit und können kostenlos genutzt werden. Das fanden wir sehr angenehm. Saint Marc ist ein kleiner schöner Küstenort, in dem man abends schön spazieren und am Mr Hulot-Strand den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Eis oder einem Glas Wein genießen kann. Eine Attraktion der Region ist der 18 Kilometer lange, gut gekennzeichnete Wanderweg (chemin côtier), der die einzelnen wunderschönen Strände der Côte d'Amour miteinander verbindet. Hier waren wir oft spazieren oder joggen. Es gibt gute Ausflugsziele im Umkreis, bei denen man auch mal einen Regentag überbrücken kann (historisches Dorf Kerhinet, St. Nazaire, Salzbauern von Guerande, Hafenort Le Croisic, tolle Minigolfanlage in Pornichet, Kanutour im riesigen Naturpark La Brière). Insgesamt ist das Appartement sehr zu empfehlen. Alles andere als 5 Sterne für die Qualität der Wohnung und der Betreuung wären undenkbar. Vielen Dank nochmals an Thierry und Bernadette!

Moderne, sehr schöne Wohnung, toller Ort in wunderschöner Region

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dieser modernen, sauberen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Familie Morel tat alles, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. So wurden wir mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen empfangen. Küche und Kühlschrank waren bereits bei der Ankunft bestückt. Die Ausstattung, gerade in der Küche, war sehr gut, wir konnten zwei Wochen lang problemlos kochen. Auch das Bad mit Waschmaschine war auf dem neuesten Stand. Besonderes Highlight war natürlich die Ausstattung mit vier Fahrrädern, mit denen man gut in den Ort, an den Strand (5 min.) oder die Umgebung fahren konnte. Bei einem Schaden wurde ein Rad sogar unverzüglich von M. Morel ausgetauscht! Dank des tollen Sommerwetters konnten wir die Terasse wirklich genießen, eigentlich auch immer ungestört. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert. Die Region ist sowieso immer einen Besuch wert! Die tollen Strände, die Salinen, das Briere, aber auch St. Nazaire (Airbus, Werft, Cafes) sowie viele andere kleine Städte (Guerrande, La Turballe z. B.)... Gerne wieder!

We bought this apartment for our retirement because we like much St Marc on sea which still keeps this spirit of small balneal city contrary to the immense beach of bay of Baule here you have the choice of different style of beach, Large traict: a corner of the Mediterranean or several generation attends this beach sheltered of the ground winds. This new apartment and BBC is located in a small residence. It is bright, well oriented to the south with a large terrace and you can start on foot by the way of the Vallioux for the beach of the great traict which is exposed full south and protected from the prevailing winds by its cliff. From the beach of the great traict, by the way of the customs officers you reach the center where the most important shops are located, a beautiful market is set up on Thursday and Sunday with regional products and organic products of a farm located at 1,5 km of the apartment, of course. Within a radius of 20 km you can discover Guérande (fortified city), Le Croisic small port Breton, the salt marshes of Guérande, La Brière (2nd marsh of France behind the Camargue). At 10 km you will discover to the west the bay of La Baule and Pornichet, with huge beaches, casinos, thalassotherapy and to the east St Nazaire constructor of the world’s largest steamers with its magnificent museum on shipbuilding. It is possible to visit the shipyards and Airbus or the front of the A 380. Within a radius of 2 km you can go to an organic farm or between goat and cabbage to buy quality products. You can also walk through the dunes to the customs road that goes to Pornichet, La Baule....
