This condo is ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Island Island. Located in the City of Holmes Beach, you are within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Just a few short blocks more and you are on the picture-perfect, sugar-sand beaches.


Surrounded by nature, you will experience the serenity and beauty of the Grassy Point preserve. Don't forget to pack your binoculars.

The Master bedroom, with a queen size bed, opens to a screened lanai overlooking a natural mangrove preserve filled with wildlife. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets right from your screened balcony!
The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an en suite bathroom. If you have a larger family, the living room has a full size pullout sofa.

A cook's dream, the kitchen is completely renovated and fully equipped. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Simple, yet sophisticated, decor creates a bright and inviting atmosphere.

Covered parking is available for two cars. The downstairs closet (located in the carport) has beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon and beach toys for guests to enjoy. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

It's easy to explore. The island offers a free trolley with convenient stops the length of the island.

You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.

Beach condo

Located blocks from beach and shopping, and nestled in the mangroves, this location is convenient as well as secluded. Many amenities are included, such as pool access, beach essentials, and family games and books.

Nice place

The property was very clean. Publix, grocery store, CVS, liquor store, and other shops directly across the street. Short walk to Holmes Beach. Trolley stopped right outside of the condo unit. The pool is very clean and heated great temperature. Overall, it was a great stay.

Holmes Beach

The property needed a deep cleaning, the pictures oversold it. It is rented through a property management with additional fees, not directly from the owner. Mgmnt was responsive during our stay for shower curtain and internet issues. Pool is very small, but condo is in a good location on the island. Four blocks to the beach.

Lovely condo, well kitted out, small but could sleep 4 comfortably. It was more than adequate for 2 of us. Nice quiet location, enjoyed using the shared pool nearby, a great sun spot. Located conveniently, easy to get to beach and the free trolly stopped outside complex making getting around the island easy. We never used the car unless we were going off the island and there’s plenty to do on the island so hardly used it. Only disappointment was the view, or lack of it, but to be honest didn’t spend enough time indoors for it to get to us. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Comfort Near The Sea

This unit was beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and we loved all the modern appliances. The kitchen was also very well stocked. We have vacationed many times in North Carolina and at the Smokey Mountains. This place by far was the prettiest and cleanest condo we have ever stayed at for vacation. The kids really enjoyed the pool area and seeing all the cute little lizards. Everything was really close. The store was located just across the street, as well as Peach’s where we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. Our condo was also very close to the bridge making it very easy to travel to Bradenton for our other shopping needs(Walmart). The beach was only a short walk away. White sands, clear water, and beautiful sunsets. It was the perfect quiet oasis away from our busy city life living. This was my 20th anniversary gift from my Husband. I had never been to Florida before. Thanks Liz for making it such a memorable experience!! We really loved the condo.

Vacation 2022

Enjoyed the location to the area. A little way from airport tho .it was second floor which meant carry everything up stairs and at 77 years that took a little time . Loved the pool and beaches in our area. The condo could use some organizing and up dating the kitchen supplies, the can opener didn’t work for me

Very nice appartment in very good location

The location of the appartment is ideal for the beach, and also a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment is exactly as the picture show, very nicely furnished and comfortable. We did have issues with getting into the appartment, some problem with the door lock, but someone quickly came out and got it sorted fairly quickly. The pool os not the best and is quite small for the number of apartments,, but as you are so close to the beach you dont really need the pool.

Great condo!

Everything was great but had trouble with plumbing particularly in kitchen. Couldn’t turn on faucet without water leaking under sink. Made it hard to wash dishes, cook meals or run dishwasher. A plumber will be able to fix problems for sure

Bestiecation

My best friend and I planned this fabulous get away! We were so impressed with everything. It was very clean, stocked with needed household items, and was located only a couple minutes from the beach. My friend and I didn’t want to leave! This will be our home away from home!

Beautiful property close to beach

Fully equipped condo about 4 blocks from beautiful Holmes Beach. Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and wagon all included in the storage unit. We enjoyed many meals together in screened in lanai that overlooks mangroves. Kitchen was fully stocked. FYI because we were not aware- there is a trundle under one of the twin beds that made life easier for my family of 6! We highly recommend this condo and will be back!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo in a perfect location for families. Property was clean and perfectly suited for our 3 small children. It’s not directly on the beach but everything you need is just short walk away. We will likely book this property again in the future.

Neat, clean, lovely setting for families or friends

Enjoy our stay! We appreciated all the beach equipment and accessories!! Fishing pools for off the bridge in the mangroves. Quiet, yet laid back, easy access and plenty of parking. Hint, the pool is over the short bridge not the one within eyesight. We’d stay again and definitely recommend.

Quiet, comfortable and clean

The covered balcony overlooks the marsh which was serene. All beds were comfortable including twin beds which are long enough for average sized adults. We did not use trundle pull-out beds. There is a separate door code for storage that did not come with our paperwork so we had to wait a day for PM to open to get the code (Answering service did not relay our message). Small bathroom could use a shower caddy and if kitchen had some basics like salt/pepper, dishwasher soap and cooking spray that would be convenient (no complaints) just suggesting... Thanks!
