U Tavignanu river 5 minutes walk from the house with the possibility of kayak rental in the summer.
Horseback riding 5 minutes drive.
The shops are 5m walk from the house (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, large-surface fishing shop, several pubs with terraces ...).
Bicycle path completely off the road connecting the center of the city of Aleria at the beach.
