This serene loft unit is comfortable, spacious and modern. Upstairs on the loft bedroom (1 of 2 bedrooms) , you will find a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Open up for sunlight and garden views. Downstairs you will find a cooling ceiling fan spinning from the high ceiling, a large, plush sofa sleeper, and a flat screen TV. Air Conditioning provides cool air for the living areas.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen (includes blender, coffee maker, cookware, microwave, cooking range and oven, full-sized refrigerator, rice cooker, ice maker, and toaster) and a spacious breakfast bar area. Cook yourself a wonderful meal then sip your coffee or enjoy your Mai Tais on the oversized private Lanai, (complete with cushioned seating), attached to this unit.

Off of the kitchen and living space is a comfortable master bedroom (2 of 2 bedrooms) equipped with a full bathroom. This unit can easily accommodate a part of six guests.

Condo was in great location with easy walking to the beach. Older unit was clean and functional and well stocked. Appreciated the use of the beach chairs, snorkel, etc..

The management service was good. The tv cable in the living room was very hard to get working. Wi-Fi was not offered.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the location. Beach was a 2 minute walk and beautiful. Pool and hot tub were well maintained however our hot tub key did not work. The surrounding gardens were well maintained and pretty. We did have to place a call for maintenance because our kitchen sink clogged. The issue was taken care of immediately and the staff was polite and professional. Well done! We had a minor issue with the bottom rack in the dishwasher because the wheels were broken. Also the bed located in the loft was listed as a queen when it is really only a full size bed. We would stay here again. Thank you. Sincerely Krista

Excelllent House

Beautiful house, nice beach right in the backyard. Nice pool and hot tub. Well stocked with all kitchen related stuff, beach chairs, cooler etc, games for kids. The best part was that when you go it the beach, it’s serene, not too many people and when you walk out of the house towards Main Street, there are coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores right there. We really enjoyed!

Perfect for the Family

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. No issues whatsoever. Enough room for everyone to have space. Quiet property. Awesome location. Loved walking across the street to watch sunset on the beach every evening. Will be back!

Great location right near the beach

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The unit was clean and well furnished. We found the bed in the bedroom on the first floor to be very comfortable. The location in relation to the beach was excellent- 2 minute walk! The beach was beautiful, quiet, with an amazing sunset. The rental provided everything you needed for the beach- several chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler. There was a small washer/dryer within the unit which was a bonus for our family. The lanai was lovely. There was always parking available in the complex parking lot or right on the street outside the unit. The concierge resources through Sunny Maui Vacations were great. We contacted them several times throughout our stay for recommendations and received a response immediately.

Some improvements required

Beach access was excellent and the beach chairs were really nice as well Close to grocery stores/restaurants. The main floor bathroom door needs cleaning below the knob, it's grimy. The air conditioner smelled musty even after the filter was cleaned No Kleenex in either bathroom Bedding didn't smell fresh although I believe it was clean.
