The home is wheelchair accessible, has a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, ironing board, vacuum, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, linens and anything you probably need to bring the utmost comfort.

This is a non-smoking home with a queen-size bed and an air mattress is available as well. For your entertainment there is a large Dish TV as well as WIFI. You will have an extra large pantry, extra large closets, a big walk-in shower with a bench, as well as access to the laundry room.

Special attractions nearby: St. George is only 8 miles away with many points of interest; Zion National Park and all it's beauty with a shuttle service taking you thru the park is only a short drive away of 37 miles (45 minutes); The Tuachon center of the Arts is only 2 miles from "home"; Kayenta Art Village in only 2 miles as well. We are within walking distance to Ivins City Center; along with Rocky Mountain University and Southern Utah Veterans Home a short 1/2 mile drive or walk, Snow Canyon Park is a short 3 mile drive where you can spend hours on trails, picnicking or ?? Gunlock Reservoir is a beautiful short 10 mile drive.
