This beautiful guest house is located among the red rocks of Southern Utah. It is a perfect "couples get away from it all" kind of place with access to many amenities. Enjoy the resort style living, taking days for sight seeing, bike riding on the trails,hiking or just lying around the pool or going out for dinner at nearby restaurants or just "cooking in".

This lovely 1000 square foot home includes private entry, garage, pool and RV parking. Magnificent views surround the property. The home is wheelchair accessible, has a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, ironing board, vacuum, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, linens and anything you probably need to bring the utmost comfort.

This is a non-smoking home with a queen-size bed and an air mattress is available as well. For your entertainment there is a large Dish TV as well as WIFI. You will have an extra large pantry, extra large closets, a big walk-in shower with a bench, as well as access to the laundry room.

Special attractions nearby: St. George is only 8 miles away with many points of interest; Zion National Park and all it's beauty with a shuttle service taking you thru the park is only a short drive away of 37 miles (45 minutes); The Tuachon center of the Arts is only 2 miles from "home"; Kayenta Art Village in only 2 miles as well. We are within walking distance to Ivins City Center; along with Rocky Mountain University and Southern Utah Veterans Home a short 1/2 mile drive or walk, Snow Canyon Park is a short 3 mile drive where you can spend hours on trails, picnicking or ?? Gunlock Reservoir is a beautiful short 10 mile drive.
This beautiful and cozy guest home is a true vacation paradise. You will be close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Whether you choose to tour this gorgeous area or just lay by the pool or sit in the porch swing with a good book and stretch out staring at the starry sky in the quiet of your special time in the beautiful Red Rocks of Utah! Yearly Events include St.George Marathon, St. George Iron Man, Huntsman Senior Games along with the Parade of Homes. Please Note: This property is limited to Adults 21 and over only. No children allowed.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's in a lovely, private setting and to have a garage is an extra plus. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our hosts were welcoming and very helpful.

The casita is located in the host's beautiful backyard. It is private and peaceful. It has a kitchen, livingroom, bedroom, and bathroom. It was cozy and warm on the rainy, cold days (so unusual for St. George!). And on the sunny days it was 1/2 block from bike trails. So easy to get to Snow Canyon! The big garage that we had access to, was great for keeping our bikes and the car.

The hosts were welcoming and attentive. The accommodations offered a pleasant setting, easy access and the appliances appeared to be almost new. We were very pleased and would recommend this guest cottage to friends and family without hesitation.

My second time staying here! Just as cozy and perfect as before! Have been coming to area for about 25 years to go to Tuacahn and finally found the perfect spot! Wendy & Cal are great hosts. Quick communication. Allow you your privacy but available if you have any questions or need anything. Also, they are fun to chat with! Casida is super clean, quite cozy, has anything you might need! Love having garage to park my vehicle in! Bed comfy, sheets soft (look like same kind I have at home!). Nice big shower! Location is perfect in Ivins! Quiet neighborhood, I sat outside under shade on porch reading all day yesterday and also when I got home from Tuacahn! It's literally minutes from Tuacahn!! And nice part too, is since you are coming from opposite direction from most folks going there, when you get to traffic circle to turn off Center St, you have the right of way so everyone has to wait for you! ;-)Minutes from the Red Mountain Market, great little store, surprisingly well stocked, couldn't believe they had my favorite brand of milk stocked! Lots of fresh veggies & fruit too!If you are coming up from the south, be sure to take exit 8 for Beaver Dam. Takes you off 15 onto a two lane highway that avoids the Virgin River Gorge Pass & having to go through St George. Great road and usually very little traffic, takes you right into Ivins.

The host were very nice and helpful and the accommodations were excellent. The house was new and up to date. It is your own private little house which makes it very private. I would suggest anyone to stay there and will myself if we go back to St George and Tuachan.

If you want a good internet source this might not be the location for you. There is no smart tv and even with a fire, roku or OON stick, streaming is nonexistent in the evenings and touch and go during the day. If you're the type that likes to unplug on your vacation then this is the prefect location! The scenery. The orange/red mountains are quite incomparable to any mountain range I've seen. The hosts are delightful, inviting and so accommodating and kind! The guest house is beautiful and cozy for you and your significant other to have a getaway and the temperature of the pool was perfect to cool off from the hot sun!

Beautiful and relaxing

This place was absolutely amazing to stay at! Wendy and Cal are very helpful, while also giving you space. There were many different things you could do around the area. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to our friends.

Beautiful Time

My sister and I absolutely loved our stay. It was perfect for 2 people. The place was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever been in. The bathroom was nice sized. Cal and Wendy were wonderful hosts. The views were stunning. The location was close to Kayenta, Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, and St. George. Hope to return sooner rather than later.

Lovely get - away

We loved staying here! It was right on the edge of all the things to do so it felt nice to be separated from all the traffic! & it was a lovely stay at their place! Perfect for 2 looking for a simple, clean, and cozy air b n b !! Loved it! 10/10!

Peaceful Guest House

First time stay in Ivins, UT and we loved this backyard Casita with pool and friendly hosts! Use of the garage allowed us to bring our bikes with easy access to all St George bike trails right from our house! Snow Canyon Loop and Kayenta Village being our favorites! Safe quiet neighborhood, FeelLove Coffee and Post Office a quick bike ride away! Tuacahn Amphitheatre another scenic bike ride and Red Mountain vistas and morning and afternoon pauses on our front deck complete with the best porch swing!!! We'll be back when the cold temps drive us south once again!

A quiet place to stay

The guess hiuse was exactly as advertized, perfect for the 2 of us. Quiet neighborhood. Wendy and Cal met us when we got there, got us our keys and garage door opener, showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. They had given us their number to make sure if we needed anything we could get a hold of them. They alsi checked in after a couple days to make sure all was good. If we were to visit the area again we would stay here again.neededweneeded.

Great Property and Location

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful location near Red Mountain. Hosts made our stay very enjoyable including an easy checkin. Very scenic and quiet area with private secure accommodation. Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay including a garage. Definitely recommend this property and hosts (Wendy & Cal).
