Welcome to the Newly Renovated Summit first floor oceanfront condo. Please call Paul the owner at 252-531-3918 to discuss further or answer any questions. He loves personally helping his guests. We have recently done a $75K renovation with new kitchen and baths and new flooring and paint. This very spacious 1st floor direct ocean front condo is the perfect place for your next vacation. Perfectly located near Barefoot Landing and all the fun Myrtle Beach has to offer. Our condo has nearly 1850 square feet of direct oceanfront space for you to enjoy.

The living area has a 46-inch Sony LCD TV for your viewing pleasure. The Master Suite has a King size bed with a stand up tile shower, TV, and direct oceanfront balcony access.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a Queen bed. The 4th bedroom has one queen bed. As mentioned all three full bathrooms have been renovated. The newly renovated fully equipped kitchen has quartz countertops and new fully stocked cabinets with an island for all your cooking needs.

The condo has fresh paint and new bedding throughout. It has a washer and dryer in the unit along with 3 full bathrooms. It is located on the widest stretch of beach along the entire Grand Strand.

The Summit is located at 47th Ave South in North Myrtle Beach. Barefoot Landing, The Tanger Outlets, Carolina Opry, and Broadway at the Beach are all close in proximity. Of course, there are over 100 championship golf courses close by as well. Some of the best restaurants in Myrtle Beach are very close by.

Our unit is a corner unit with nice views of the ocean from every bedroom. It is very well decorated and is furnished with all the comforts of home. The Summit 1A is the perfect place to spend your next vacation.

It is a beautiful place and the location was great. There was some issues with the internet and it didn’t look like the floors had been cleaned and the coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned. Overall it was a wonderful vacation spot.

Family vacation

The place was clean and spacious, kitchen had everything you would need. We love the oceanfront access, location was perfect, not too busy. The owner is very nice. Would definitely book again.

WILL stay here again!

We had beautiful views from every room, the condo had everything we needed and more and the owner was kind, friendly and efficient in regards to communicating with us and ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Check in / check out instructions were very clear, which made the process much smoother and stress free. We had a party of 10 (including four children) and this condo accommodated us all comfortably and was only steps away from the beach, which makes things easy for the kids. We will absolutely be staying here again!

We had a great time

The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been if I could have found the trash shoots without walking all over the place. (They are in the midsole of the condos on each floor just north of the elevators)

Fantastic location

It was a great trip. Paul was wonderful to work with. He communicated well and we were able to check in a bit early. I have stayed in nicer places in terms of updates but it worked well for us. It was much larger than I anticipated. It's nice to spread out after being on the beach all day. We loved it and will certainly stay again. The beds were pretty comfortable which was a big deal to me! I would highly recommend!

Condo was awesome. Chairs on deck were iffy, some broke. Overall good experience. Unfortunately they were working on the condo above us and it sprinkled debris all over the pool alll week, but what are you gonna do, things need fixed I guess. Owner was super nice. WiFi and cell service sucked all week. But a lot of ppl there said they been going for years and it was never like that before so maybe a bad timing thing.

Condo is in great location, decor a little out dated but plenty of room. We had some unwanted guests, roaches. Was surprised twice by a few brown friends. We were very clean and did not leave any food out. Other than that a good stay.

The HOA sprays for pests on a quarterly basis. This is the first time anything like this has ever been reported. I have been down since and had condo resprayed. I think this was an isolated event. Condo is cleaned by an excellent cleaning lady who takes pride in her work. The condo is in an excellent location and the beach is very wide and nice. Come enjoy!

Nice Renovation

Renovation of the property was well done. One bedroom was very small, wasn't detectable in the photos. Issues Shower in one of the bedrooms was not working properly and not draining well Sliding glass door was a struggled to open and close. Towels provided for showers were thread bare and very small. Not the kind of towels we expected for the price point Property Manager was very helpful although it took until our 4th day to get our issues resolved. Overall a very nice property.

Thank you for your comments about the nice renovation and it being a nice condo. My handyman came first thing Monday morning and fixed the shower and sliding door (wd40) after being made aware over the weekend. It is a wonderful spacious place with nearly 1800 sq ft of space We look forward to you staying with us! Thank you!

Well... it wasn't very clean. Wish the pictures on line showed that the pool was right off the balcony couldn't enjoy the balcony like we all like. Trash company picked up the trash between 6 to 6:30 A.M. every morning, it is right outside the bedroom windows. But as usual we made do with what we had and still had a wonderful vacation!

Great Location; Great Views: Very Clean

This home was recently renovated and updated. Great size for a family. We have 3 adult children and two of them have spouses. The bedroom arrangements were perfect. There is a sofa bed, but we did not need it. One of our daughters has an infant son and one of the bedrooms was perfect for the portable crib and all the baby needed. (Which was a lot.) The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking things needed. We did need to wash towels and washcloths every day. But, that was no problem. We also washed our beach towels everyday. The location is great. The address is North Myrtle Beach, but at the south end; therefore, we were close to the activities in Myrtle Beach as well. We definitely will return to this location.

My family and I stayed here from 6/29/13-7/6/13 and all I can say was it was wonderful. There were eight of us in total (4 adults and 4 children) that stayed in the condo. We never felt cramped with that many people in the condo. The condo was clean and nicely decorated but not so extravagant that we were constantly worried about things getting broken and were able to relax. Paul was very easy to deal with and very nice to work with and made booking the condo very easy. The only problem we had to ever deal with was the pool not being locked at night and one night being woke up at 1:00 am to people in the pool yelling. It was only a problem that one night. The condo was very quiet and we never heard anyone above us or beside us. The kids enjoyed the pool and the access to the beach was so easy. We enjoyed our stay so much that I have already contacted Paul about booking our trip for next year!

Great Condo, Excellent Location

This condo was perfect for our family trip. The kitchen remodel was fantastic. All new cabinets, counters and floor tile and appliances were amazing. There was more than enough seating, sleeping space and overall space for the 10 people in our group. The location is also amazing. Only a short walk to Native Joe's for evening ice cream. Only 1 red light to pass to get to barefoot landing. Less than 20 minutes either direction to get to North Myrtle Main Street or Broadway at the Beach. This first floor corner condo is the best location in the building. Excellent view of the ocean, easy access to the elevators and even quicker access to the lobby stairs when the elevators are busy and only 1 floor of steps to get outside. The balcony couldnt be more perfect. its in the sun all day and is looking directly over the pool and only a few feet up above the pool deck. This was fantastic when the kids wanted to go to the pool in the evenings but not all the adults wanted to go down, you can be on the balcony and still basically be at the pool with everyone else. Overall not a single negative thing to say about the condo, the building or the location. Communication with Paul was great and we will happily stay here again in the future.

Disappointed

The property needs some major TLC. Paint peeling in multiple rooms, dust balls in every room, mold in master bedroom tub, advertised jetted tub not usable (switch taped off) closet doors some on , some off, some broken. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with whatever needed. Great ocean view.

Family trip

First of all we went to the wrong address cause its 2 addresses the same but different zips. Took us 45 mins away. This condo was a little older then what the pictures are showing. The water in the master bedroom was cold. The dishes was not very organized. The Tvs was very difficult . The TV in the master room went out a few minutes after we got there. Called the owner and he said he was going to send someone out and didnt. The stove was very old. In other words this place is time for an update. I loved the ocean front but its was an area for older people. Not much going on here. We had to make our own entertainment. But over all it served its purpose.

5 days at beach getting family together. 4 bedrooms plus pullout couch gave everyone their own bed. 3 baths also convenient. Quiet stretch of Ocean Blvd in NMB. Very nice stay.

Last minute vacation!!

Absolutely loved this condo. It is in a great location and could watch the sunrise over the beach every morning. Plenty of sleeping room since there were ten of us. Great size condo for our needs. Hope to get to go back.
