LOOK NO FURTHER!! You've found paradise with all the comforts of home....Use VRBO # 3395837 to book. Its the same exact unit just changing day to day bookings. This is an awesome 2bd/2ba luxury condo is located on a 7 mile beach over looking the turquoise waters of the Sea of Cortez. Located in the quaint little Mexican town of San Jose del Cabo.

Property Details

Las Mananitas condos are centrally located to downtown restaurants and shopping and was voted as the number one rated non-hotel resort in San Jose Del Cabo. This is unit that has been beautifully professional decorated. You won't find a better location to view the magnificent sunrise or place to watch the mother whales teach their calves to navigate.

The unit is just under 2200 sq ft of living space, which includes a very large patio with outdoor dining, living room and lounge bed that over looks one of the 3 large pools and spas. This unit accommodates 6 people, boosting Cal King in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the guest room. For a back up, we have a single and queen airbeds with air pumps.

Amenities include; beautiful tropical gardens throughout, 3 pools (choice of chorine filled or therapeutic salt water w/resistance swimming areas, 3 hot tubs, all pools have swim up bars w/ice machines, BBQ w/grills and dining areas and poolside bathrooms. The whole complex has onsite purified tap water so never worry about drinking or putting the ice in your drink. There are Tennis and or Pickleball courts, a putting green, basketball courts, and a fully equipped indoor and outdoor gym. Guest have access to Dish Network TV's, Various Music on TV channels WIFI and Unlimited local phone usage, library of books and movies, Tons of water toys, tennis rackets, golf putters on putting green ,and beach chairs for day use. Pool towels, linens, Full kitchen, spices for cooking, and coffee maker. Bath soap and Shampoo's. Inside Washer/Dryer. Only 7.5 miles from the airport and 16 miles from the wild night life of Cabo San Lucas.

Awesome condo on the beach!

As very experienced travelers to San Jose del Cabo, we rate this condo as one of the best, and an excellent value. Great location, great ownership and management, beautiful property inside and out. Ground level, walks right out to a huge pool 30 feet away. Terrace is gorgeous, we basically lived there during our stay. A very short walk to La Comer and several of our favorite restaurants in San Jose del Cabo. The kitchen is well furnished; anything and everything you need is there. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms terrific -- no weak water pressure here! All in all a very satisfying stay! Thank you!

Steve was a great owner host and responsive. Place was quite and condo was clean. Pools were great and staff was very nice. Would definitely return. Close to the market for shopping where they have everything you would need. Mama Mia's is close by and has a great happy hour live music. Take the walk along the beach instead of the sidewalk. About a 1/4 mile up the beach you can stop at a couple places to cool off and have a drink or lunch/dinner. Take an Uber to Cabo if you want more people and shops. In Cabo we always go to Squid Roe for lunch great food and fun. Happy Endings still has a great deal one of the few left in Cabo. The condo is close enough to San Jose where there is plenty to do/see and shop local. Art Walk on Thursdays is fun.

Great Condo/Great Location

This condo is in a perfect location. I have stayed at La Mananitas several times. Steve’s condo is wonderful. The location of the unit is perfect and you can walk right out to the pool. Everything you need is in the condo. Hoping to go back again soon.

You are back one building from the beach but the grounds are beautiful, lots of birds, two nice pools. Quiet all together, very relaxing.

Christmas and New Years family trip 2024/2025

The condo was in a perfect location, close to grocery store and places for a quick bite. Great restaurants are a short uber ride which are cheap! The condo was well equip we made breakfast and dinner a few times but enjoyed the wonderful food and multiple restaurant choices. Krystal who is one of the partners was excellent, she even offered a few suggestions where to eat and they were great, security at the gate are friendly and helpful we felt safe and comfortable we would stay here again it was perfect!! Thank you to the host, security and property MGR.

Wonderful vacation we will be back!

This was a great condo for a family. Well supplied with all the comforts of home and just a few steps to the pool. The entire complex was just beautiful. Everything was well manicured and we also enjoyed the gym. Highly recommend this condo and facility!

Fantastic location. Unit is just steps from the wonderful pools. Wonderful outdoor living space. Close food market, shopping and fine dining. Minutes to the beach. Weather was excellent. Quiet and very comfortable accommodations. Will absolutely return to this condo.

Peaceful & relaxing

We had a lovely stay here as a young family. It felt like we were the only ones here with a private pool all to ourselves. The condo itself is so much more spacious than expected, and we loved the two big beautiful bathrooms. The pool toys were great, and all of the kitchen amenities. It was very handy being short walking distance from the supermarket, and some great restaurants / cafes nearby. A short drive to downtown was also fun to explore.

Great stay!

The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed: pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, etc. Ground floor unit was perfect to walk out to the pool & back...peekaboo views to the ocean. Nice big patio to sit and enjoy the warm mornings and evenings. Las Mananitas complex is outstanding: great beach access, 3 huge pools with plenty of chairs, incredible workout facilities, tennis/pickleball court, safe w/ 24hr security, 5 min walk to La Comer Mega grocery store, coffee shops (Abruelo & El Wine), lunch/dinner (Cynthias), great taco stand behind La Comer(Lateral).

Great Holiday!!

Las Mananitas is now our preferred property on this stretch of beach. Quiet pools, beautiful gardens, friendly people. Steve is great to communicate with and answered all our questions quickly. This unit has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Also, the gym and pickleball courts were a big plus for us. We would love to return if possible.

Great property and location

Loved San Jose and Las Mananitas. We loved the resort, pools, grills, beach and more. The grocery store was an easy walk. We walked into San Jose, but also took the bus and uber. All are easy. Great restaurants nearby and in San Jose. We are coming back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo in San Jose Del Cabo. Great location, conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants as well as a grocery store. Property was meticulously maintained and extremely clean. Condo itself had everything you could need, the large patio area was great for eating meals, or relaxing after a day in the sun. Would recommend.

Great place to stay for your vacation

I can't say enough good things about this property. Getting to it from the airport was a breeze. We asked the driver to stop at La Comer on the way to pick up some heavy stuff (water, wine, etc.) so we wouldn't have to carry them. The next morning we walked there and got some more groceries. Super convenient! The condo itself is gorgeous. It's pristine, the furniture is lovely and everything looks new. We made use of the pool, the jacuzzi and went for long walks on the beach.A great thank you to Steve and Krystal for sharing your vacation home with us. We'll definitely be back!

We had another great vacation in this unit. It is so convenient and easy to live in, and quiet considering that is so close to everything. Everything went perfectly. The pool areas and barbecues are always in spotless condition. Jack is great to deal with. We can't wait to be back!

Family trip

We loved the property! We had a couple hiccups in the beginning, but they were rectified quickly. Good communication with Jack and Steve to solve the issues. The condo was just as described as well as the property. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. There was hardly anyone there in hot July so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Las Mananitas

This is a lovely condo with easy access to pool and hot tub. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Many needed supplies were in the kitchen and bath and very appreciated. TV was confusing but nice neighbors helped. Beautiful sun in the morning from the patio. Only negative was the road noise. Thanks for the lovely condo and stay!
