Come join us on our private ranch for a vacation in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You will be staying at the cottage at Blissful Owl Ranch, our 112 acre horse ranch located just 15 minutes from Ocoee, TN, McCaysville, GA and 25 minutes from Blue Ridge, GA. We are in the heart of the Cohutta Wilderness with hiking, white water rafting, zip lining, and tubing within minutes, and with horseback riding on site. By choosing our location you will be close to all the activities you come to the mountains for, with the peaceful and serene setting of our ranch. We offer hourly trail rides through our beautiful mountain trails - complete with stream crossings and mountain views of 3 states. Packages are available for staying/riding. You can see all of our horseback riding offerings at BlissfulOwlRanch . com Our country cottage sits on a large pond where you will be able to see ducks, turtles and frogs as well as an abundance of bunnies. Swimming or boating is NOT allowed, however, there is a large hot tub you can relax in while listening to nature. The master bedroom located on the first floor has a queen-sized bed and in-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The two bedrooms upstairs also have queen beds with queen trundles that can be used to sleep children in your room if you don't mind sharing (can sleep up to 12 in beds). The upstairs bathroom is shared and has a shower/tub combo. The open layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and family room with TV, satellite and dvd player, and fireplace. There is a half bath and a mudroom with a washer/dryer. If you are looking for peace and quiet with access to all the great outdoor activities available in the area, this is the place for you. *Wifi and cell service is generally available, but can be spotty

Beautiful nature setting! We enjoyed visiting the horses, as well as seeing deer & geese. Loved the whole feel of the cabin! Plenty of room for everyone & not hard to get to. Also, the host/manager is easy to get ahold of, if you have any questions or concerns.

Awesome! The cottage was wonderful and will definitely stay here again. Went horseback riding which made it even better and was an awesome experience with the family. The WiFi is not that great which is perfectly just knowing that in advance can be helpful!:) Toasted marshmallows, sat in the hot-tub. It was a nice relaxing stay!

Beautiful accommodations! We really enjoyed our stay at Blanche Manor. Everything we needed was provided by our host. Grandkids loved feeding the horses in the lot next door. The towns of Copperhill and McCaysville are very charming and we enjoyed exploring and dining there. We had a strong link to their wireless router, but there was never any internet connected to it, not sure why, so if that's important to you that would be a concern. We enjoyed "unplugging" for a few days. AT&T cell service is nonexistent at the house but a quick trip up to the top of the driveway yielded a decent signal.

This place was very beautiful. Quiet and peaceful.The house was everything and more than we expected. House was spotless, very welcoming. The pond behind the house with the horses was wonderful view to wake up too. My boys caught a few fish and of course put them back to get bigger for next time. We seen many deer crossing through the field each morning and afternoon. We also rode horses in walking distance from this house. Easy routes to either town for dinner or breakfast. This was the best family vacation we have ever been on. We give this a 15 out of 10 stars!

Beautiful cabin/house. Very roomy. The host stated that the wi-do was spotty- this is very accurate. I guess itā€™s a good thing because it forced us to be together and not on devices. However, make sure you take screen shots of the code to get inside the door and maps of the area. Only a few minutes from McCaysville and about 15-20 minutes to Blue Ridge. My only complaint is that the water smelled like sulfur. I believe itā€™s a problem with their water pump that maybe they are unaware of. I would definitely stay here again.

It was such an amazing place to get away for a weekend with our children! Everything was clean and all the accommodations were wonderful! The hot tub was great and the children loved the pond! Would highly reccomend this beautiful place!
