Our condo is perfectly situated on the 2nd floor directly overlooking the beach, lazy river and water slide. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit. With over 2,600 sq ft the vacation property is very spacious and comfortable. No expense was spared turning this condo into the perfect beach vacation spot with all new furnishings from great lines like Four Hands, Furniture Classics, Universal, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware. New mattresses, tv's, lighting, kitchen inventory, paint and drapes too!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, HDTVs 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the Master, a full over full and twin over twin bunk in the 2nd bedroom, a king bed in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. We also have a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 14. There is also new high end Polywood balcony furniture with a 6 seater table/chairs, kids picnic bench, two captains chairs w/table and two loungers.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.
