Silken white sands curve along the crescent shoreline beneath a brilliant blue sky, and fragrant ocean breezes relax you as you sit on the balcony sipping your coffee, savoring this one-of-a-kind setting. The balcony faces southwest giving you all day sun and an unobstructed view of the beach.

When you come in from the balcony, the view comes with you. Sliding glass doors fill the living room with natural light and a backdrop of ocean and sky. Comfortable furnishings and indoor tropical plants create a peaceful seaside ambience.

Two bedrooms are painted the color of sand and are decorated with seascapes and come with televisions and plenty of closet and drawer space. Open the windows and fall asleep to fragrant breezes and the image of ocean lit up by the moon or take a mid-day nap by rolling down the room darkening shades.

The summer kitchen is filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve meals on the glass breakfast table beneath a chandelier.

For your comfort and convenience, the unit comes with air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

Life is peaceful and relaxing here at the Gulfview. Garden paths meander through the manicured hedges and palm trees, taking you to the many deluxe amenities located on the grounds. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool. Play tennis or pickleball, work out in the fitness center, or meet your new neighbors in the social room. Use the gas grills for a balcony cookout.

The beach is just a few steps away from your front door, and the activities are endless. Wade through warm tide pools filled with seashells. Take a catamaran cruise. Go snorkeling in the warm water alongside tropical fish.

There’s no better way to cap off another perfect day in paradise than dinner at one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, or Joey’s Pizza, all just a short walk from the unit.
