Come escape to the beautiful Hilton Head Island and enjoy a stay at Sandcastles by the Sea! We are just a short 3 block walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance ..that's just a minute bike ride or 30 second car drive. Sandcastles by the Sea has a gated entrance that is kept closed at night.

Ground Level- The ground level has a garage stocked with beach and pool toys, beach umbrellas, beach cart, 4-6 beach chairs, and an EV charger.
A door from the garage leads to the private pool and deck. The pool deck features a dining table with huge U-shaped sectional around it, a flat screen TV, gas grill, and views overlooking the lagoon.

2nd Level-Once inside the main level will greet you with a large open foyer and half bath. You will immediately notice the entire floor is an open concept.. The kitchen features high end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an island which seats four. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need and includes regular coffee maker and a Keurig. This floor has a set of sliding doors off the dining area and off the living area which open up the covered deck that spans the entire width of the house. The deck is flanked by cozy furniture and views across the lagoon. Also located on the main floor is one of two master suites with king bed, large tiled shower and flat screen television. The master also has a pack and play crib with mattress, sheets and crib pillow. There is also a laundry room on this level.

3rd Level- As you travel up the staircase to the 3rd level, you come to 3 of the home's 5 bedrooms. This floor also includes the 2nd Master King Bedroom suite with a flat screen television and ensuite private bath. Down the hall you will find two other bedrooms; one with a queen bed and flat screen tv and the other is a queen bedroom with attached access to a full bathroom. This bedroom has a sliding door on to a back deck overlooking the lagoon.
Also, on this floor is another great lounge space. The loft is cozy spot to curl up on the couch and watch tv or enjoy a card game with family and friends.. It also has a door to the covered porch which overlooks the lagoon. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while you lie on the large hanging swing bed.

4th Level -The 4th floor is home to an enormous bedroom with a queen bed, two twin over twin bunks and one twin over full bunk. This room also has lounge chairs, an air hockey table and is a great space for a family with children or a group of children/teens.
This home is the perfect vacation spot, as it is only a short walk to the beach, Adventure Cove Putt Putt and Arcade and the local beach bar on the sand, Jamaica Joez.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
