Welcome to your modern mountain retreat with two large outdoor heated hot tubs! This awesome 2-bedroom corner condo offers amazing, direct views of the slopes from its private deck and light-filled interior. It's the perfect home base for your Winter Park adventure, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests.
The first thing you'll notice is the majestic view. Unlike other units, this condo directly faces the mountain, making you feel as if you've been transported to the Swiss Alps. Enjoy the scenery of the Zephyr building flanked by ski runs from your kitchen, living room, and private deck.
Accommodations & Amenities:
• **Living Area:** Relax in two power recliner chairs and take in the views or enjoy the 65" Samsung Smart TV with a soundbar and a DVR to record your favorite shows. Blackout blinds in the master bedroom ensure a restful night's sleep.
• **Amenity Deck:** Two large outdoor heated hot tubs, grilling islands, festoon lighting and firepits for your enjoyment.
• **Bedrooms:** Both bedrooms feature comfortable king-sized mattresses, Smart TVs and large dressers for clothing. The primary bedroom includes an attached private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a dedicated workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair.
• **Sleeping Arrangements:** The condo sleeps 6 with a king bed in each bedroom and an extremely comfortable king-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
• **Kitchen:** The fully equipped kitchen boasts a full-sized refrigerator, a new Samsung induction stove, a Bosch dishwasher, and a large granite island. We provide a Cuisinart coffee maker, filtered water at the sink, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you need for meals.
• **Convenience:** An in-unit washer and dryer, a humidifier, and multi-device charging stations at nightstands and end tables make your stay effortless. High-speed private Wi-Fi and wired ethernet options are available in all rooms.
Paid Parking is handled through a 3rd party website, 2026 winter cost $24 and free in summer.
House Rules - No smoking or pets,or parties. Rental agreement must be signed/returned within 24 hours. Access to the condo will not be given without a signed agreement. $200 credit card security deposit hold will be collected prior to your arrival.
Guest Access
Enjoy seamless, private access with self-check-in. You will be provided with an access code that begins
working at 4 PM on your day of arrival. The owners will not be present during your stay.
You'll have access to the building's fantastic shared amenities, including:
• Two brand new (2025) shared large, outdoor hot tubs and grilling areas on the 3rd-floor amenity decks.
• A ski locker on the main level.
• Bike storage located in the heated parking garage.
The Neighborhood
This condo is perfectly situated in the heart of Winter Park Village. You're just a 90-second walk from Starbucks and a short 2-3 minute stroll to the gondola, chairlifts, and all the village activities.
Explore the vibrant atmosphere with over eight restaurants, bars, and shops right at your doorstep. Whether you're here to eat, drink, or simply soak in the mountain energy, everything is just moments away.
Getting Around
Once you arrive, you can park your car and forget it. The entire Winter Park Village is easily accessible on foot. Paid parking is available in the heated underground garage, and the city provides an excellent bus system with live app to make getting to town easy.
When booking this unit you will be asked to sign our required Rental Agreement, which provides protections for you as guest and us as owners. We'll send it soon after your booking, and your signing is required within 24 hours of your booking time.
