Texas Oak - Beautiful New Tiny Cottage - Perfect Family Getaway

Welcome to Texas Oak! This adorable cottage sleeps up to 6 people and is also pet friendly. There is plenty of room next to the cottage to park your boat/trailer and vehicles. The master bedroom has a comfy queen size bed, flat screen television with plenty of storage for all your vacation clothes. The loft, or The Captain Quarter's is a perfect spot for kids or grown-ups that want to be the Captain of the ship. There are two twin beds and one queen bed in the upstairs loft. All beds and linens are brand new.

The downstairs has an open concept with comfortable seating for everyone to gather and visit. The kitchen has all brand new appliances, and plenty of counter space to cook up your days catch. There is also an island with two stools for dining and four wooden tv trays for dining as well.
Enjoy peaceful evenings on the covered porch amidst the beautiful oaks trees on the property.

Tranquil Oaks has a common area with a large fire ring and shared picnic table.

You're only minutes away from all the fun of downtown Rockport! Tranquil Oaks Cottages is also centrally located between Cove Harbor Marina and Conn Brown and Redfish Bay Marinas for quick and easy boat launching. Rockport Beach is a fun and affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grills that you can set up at for the perfect beach experience. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Spend a day shopping on Market Street and an evening walking along the water. You can also enjoy fresh fish while watching the sunset over the bay at one of Rockportā€™s many tasty seafood restaurants.

Wonderful Romantic get-a-way!

The property couldnā€™t have been better, like having a five star suite of your own. The amenities were all well above average, and very clean. Also, centrally located, so was close to anything we chose to do or see. Highly recommend, and will put high on our list of properties to re-visit.

Perfect get away spot!

Perfect cozy cabin! I stayed here with my fiancƩ and small dog and it was more than perfect for the two of us! Lovely neighborhood, quiet and beautiful. I overall would love to stay here again! 10/10 recommend

Great cottage

The cottage was very clean, modern and had nice decor. It had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. It was small, yet spacious with plenty of storage. We've made a note to stay at Tranquil Cottages again on our next visit.

Perfect for a beach trip!

It was clean, cute, and had everything we needed! The bathroom and bedrooms were a bit small so beware tall guys, but it was fine for a weekend and there was a great living room area. The cottage even had a hose outside to wash the dog and clean our beach gear so that was a huge help. We absolutely would stay here again!

Nice get away

This is the third time weā€™ve rented this cabin and we enjoy it everytime! Very clean, quiet, close enough to everything we need! I highly recommend renting this cute tiny home!

Lovely cottage.

Perfect Get Away

This place was extremely clean and well maintained! The pictures (and even when you pull up) are deceptive on the size, it looks small but is very spacious and comfortable inside. We all loved the feel and it in a quiet area between Port A and Rockport. I highly recommend!!!

Our cottage was wonderful for the whole family including our fur babies. The only thing I would recommend is to invest in better gas grills and pit grills for each cottage. Overall experience was great and we will recommend this place to our friends and family.

Excellent place to get away.

Super clean place. AC worked better than any place that we have stayed in the past. Property manager, Angela was very nice and answered any questions that we had. Would highly recommend this place if you are going to stay in the Rockport / Aransas Pass area.

This is our second time staying in this home and we definitely will be back again! We stayed 7/30-8/2. The home was clean and looked brand new. The home and spacious yet cozy (donā€™t let the size fool you...thereā€™s so much room inside). The location was perfect (not far from our friend that lives there and literally not far from water so we can fish). The owner is very nice and helpful with any needs. I highly recommend staying here!

Nice, clean and comfortable.

We had a very nice place to unwind after a day at the beach. The location is centered in an area that is easily accessible to Rockport beach, Aransas Pass beach and Mustang Island just down the road a little bit.

Quiet setting perfect for the couple get away or the family get away. We have boat parking beside each cabin along with dusk to dawn lighting in the area. There are electrical outlets to plug in anything that needs to be charged on your boat along with a water-hose to rinse your boat off after a great day on the water.
