Outdoors: The spacious yard is over half an acre and features a sparkling saltwater pool and spa with water features, in-pool seating and tanning shelf. The beautiful pool is surrounded by seating and lush palms. The showpiece gas fireplace is the perfect spot to kick back at night with seating for 4. Lots of other seating options with 4 lounge chairs and a sectional couch and chair for 6+ with wall mounted flatscreen TV so you can catch the game wherever you're at. Bust out a game of cornhole. Go for a round on the 5-hole putting green. Grill up your dinner on the built-in BBQ and dine at the 6-person outdoor table or 4 bar stools at the BBQ island. Depending on your temperature, the misters turn on at the flip of a switch!

Indoors: The modern furnishings are the perfect backdrop to all of your indoor activities. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with slab granite and stainless-steel appliances. Gas range with pot filler, double ovens, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen bar has seating for 3 and the kitchen table seating for 5. The formal dining room has seating for 8 and french doors to the large side yard. In between the dining room and kitchen is a butler's pantry, wine refrigerator and mini sink. The great room features a massive sectional in front of the gas fireplace, 60" HDTV & poker table.

Don't forget the game room! Challenge your friends to shuffleboard....or rack up a game of billiards. If arcade games are more your style then you're in luck! Bedroom Descriptions:
The luxurious and airy Primary Suite features a King-size bed, HDTV and private doors to the pool & spa. The en suite bathroom has an oversize soaking tub. Large shower, granite counters and dual sinks. Spacious walk-in closet.
Suite 2 is located in the private, courtyard casita and features a King bed, HDTV and reach in closet with views of the cozy courtyard and en suite bath with large, tiled shower.
Suite 3 is located in the main house and has a King bed, wall mounted HDTV and reach-in closet. Private, en suite bath with large, tiled shower.
Bedroom 4 is located in the main house and has bunk beds with Full size beds on top and bottom plus an additional twin bed, HDTV and french doors to the side yard.
Bedroom 5 also features bunk beds with Full size beds on top and bottom, plus an additional twin bed and HDTV. The shared hallway bathroom has dual sinks and a closed off toilet and combo tub/shower. Powder bath.

There is space available for up to 5 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles not permitted.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

LOCATION
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations. Conveniently located on the same street as many other TRAVLR Vacation Homes, Jolie Maison is the perfect choice for large groups, corporate retreats or family reunions.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

The property has exterior security cameras for guest safety and home protection. Vrbo requires hosts to inform guests of any such or device. These surveillance devices are only located on the exterior of the property.
