In addition to having a great cleaning crew, for additional protection, we have added ultravation ultramax on our heating/cooling unit which uses ultraviolet light to control airborne allergens and microorganism's , bacteria, and virus growth in HVAC interior surfaces. Don't forget your golf clubs. Not only are there many public courses nearby, our condo is only minutes away from Marsh Creek Country Club and golf course that is part of the Play Away Golf Members Group. Our condo resort complex offers, a separate fenced children’s pool, 2 locked/ gated walkways to the beach, parking only steps from condo, 24/7 guard at entrance , keyless entry, and fast SECURE WiFi. Welcome to our condo(St Augustine Beach, Ocean & Racquet Resort-a gated complex)on the beautiful white beaches of Anastasia Island, St Augustine Beach, Florida. Our well-landscaped, family oriented condo is a ground floor corner unit. You have easy access(only a few steps) to the properties' private gated boardwalks that cross dunes leading to the pristine expansive beaches and the fantastic Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy the pools(one heated) both about 150 yards from the condo, hot tubs (5 Jacuzzi-one is only a few steps away), newly remodeled lighted Tennis Courts , lighted Pickle Ball Courts , Bocce Ball Court , and Shuffle Board. Bring your golf clubs-there are many public courses close , and we are less than a mile from Marsh Creek Country Club which is a part of the Invited Clubs across the country . Bring your fishing pole for surf fishing and pond fishing on the property. We have new porcelain floors throughout plus a new heating/cooling unit that's extra quiet. The master bedroom has a KING SIZE bed with remodeled private bathroom/ step-in tile shower and large Smart flat screen TV. We have twin beds in the guest bedroom and Smart flat screen TV . The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, ice maker refrigerator, smooth top range, new dishwasher and large microwave. Living room has Smart flat screen TV, small two seater sofa , recliner, plus new leather sofa with dual power recliners -and sliding glass doors that open onto a private tiled patio. Free, fast/secure internet is provided. We are located only minutes from town and many attractions. Be sure and take a leisurely horse-drawn carriage ride around 'Old' St Augustine. Don't miss the 17th century fort, Castillo de Marcos or the historic St Augustine Lighthouse/Museum plus numerous other historic sites and attractions. St Augustine established in 1565 is the oldest city in the United States. Wonderful Beach Getaway

The property was very comfortable and well situated for easy access from the car and easy stroll to the beach and the pool. The vibe was peaceful, friendly and relaxing. It was also an easy drive to the downtown area and the inter coastal. We loved it. 4 stars for communication was more about the app than the owners. It was a bit awkward. The owners were very responsive.

My husband & adult kids stayed at this condo for a summer beach getaway. It was in an excellent location, just a very short walk to the boardwalk to get to the beautiful beach! The condo was clean & perfect for our family. I liked the keyless entry so we never had to worry about taking a key to the beach. The pool & hot tub are very close to the condo and clean. Close to restaurants, grocery store, & downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 minute drive. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had. We will be back for sure!

Love Staying at This Great Value Beach Condo

This is the second winter we have stayed in this unit and it is so close to the beautiful, clean beach and also just a few steps to the relaxing jacuzzi. The bed and living room furniture are both very comfortable. We love the easy keyless entry and the owners are always quick to respond to any questions. We plan to stay here again!

Great location

Hosts were great, answered every question we had and even gave us some restaurant suggestions that were perfect. Great proximity to the beach, so we went out for sunrises and sunsets that were perfect. Pools were great too. We loved the updated shower off the master, and the beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also very nice. We go through a lot of ice and the ice maker kept up the whole time, that was a huge plus. Sometimes is the little things, but their sharp knives were actually sharp. It made cutting those fresh Georgia peaches we bought super easy. Would definitely consider coming back here if and when we make another trip to St Augustine.

Great condo in a great location!

Our family has been coming to this complex for over 20 years. This is our first time using VRBO and the owners were great! Would definitely stay again!

We love St Augustine!

We had a great visit once again in St Augustine and we really enjoyed our first stay at St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort. It was very easy communicating with the owners and they were very responsive to our needs. Master bedroom was nice and roomy and bed was comfortable. Location to the beach and pool were fantastic.

Fabulous property and stay

The condo was very clean with all the necessities provided. The hosts were very helpful. The property is beside the swimming pool and steps from the ocean. My husband walked to the beach every day. The property is close to many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to this area.

Still a great place to stay

We’ve stayed here three years now. It’s cozy and so close to the beach. This year we had our adult daughter with us for a week of the 2 weeks we stayed. Love having a toaster oven to warm up leftovers. We will be back!

Trip to St Augustine

Rental was so easy, booked on line and was provided all I needed to start family vacation! Check in was smooth as all we did was get our door code by email and the app and our parking pass and we were good to go!

My wife and I are retired educators that fell in love with beautiful St. Augustine many years ago. We live in the foothills of the mountains north of Atlanta, Ga.. We are big college football fans---a house totally divided. I am a Roll Tide Alabama fan and Rodney is a Dawg---that's a Georgia Bull Dog.

Many years ago, we fell in love with beautiful St Augustine. Not only does it have gorgeous wide beaches, it also has the luxury of interesting and historic features in quaint Olde Town St. Augustine. Wait until you cross the Bridge of Lions--you too will fall in love!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Park and walk about 10 steps to enter our condo. From our patio--turn right and walk about 150 yards to the beach or turn left and go about 150 yards to both pools. Head out front door and walk about 20 steps and you can enjoy one of the 5 Jazucci's .
