Quiet backyard to relax after a day of visiting or sightseeing.

Easy access to Littleton Museum, Platte River Trails, Parks, Santa Fe Ave. to C470 Sky resorts, Red Rocks, Mountains. Private parking on Driveway or Street. For your safety we have a Ring camera in the back facing the backyard.

We rely on a local service and our unreliable weather to keep our backyard, due to this we don't include the yard as amenity, as such please don't let the length of the grass or leaves on driveway to influence your review. You are welcome to use our outdoor patio set on our covered patio. Please don't wander pass our outdoor patio by our garden shed, or behind it, that's our private area where we keep pets, garden items and our old grill.

I would like to remind guests that you are visiting Littleton a Mountain suburb, as such we have wildlife, feral cats, raccoons, squirrels and other rodents, foxes, coyotes, snakes, spiders, mosquitos, wasp, bees, the list goes on, that may visit our open yard. Please don't hurt our score because you encountered wildlife passing by.
