We rent our second home, a charming house of the immense stone sheepfold type, on one level, typical of ancient villages, with a capacity of 10 people.
The house is located on a huge, beautifully landscaped plot of nearly 14,000m², including 8,000m² accessible, perfectly enclosed, maintained every week, without any overlooking or the slightest noise pollution. Choosing this place means having the guarantee of a timeless stay, in full communion with nature, among olive trees, lemon trees, kumquats and many local plant species. The absolute calm and harmony between the old stones and the vegetation make this place a true haven of peace.
And yet, you will only be a few minutes from the city center of Porto-Vecchio and the entertainment of the old town.
The house, almost completely redone 3 years ago, is therefore in perfect condition. Only the character elements have been preserved (terracotta floor, huge fireplace in the living room, plant pergola, etc.)
The house (161m²) consists of:
- a 50m² living room and its very large fireplace,
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- bedroom 1: double bed, private shower room and separate toilet
- bedroom 2: double bed and private shower room
- bedroom 3: double bed
- bedroom 4: two bunk beds and a double bed on the mezzanine
- a large shower room with a double sink
- two other toilets (three in total)
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- a large IPE terrace at the exit of the living room, sheltered by a waterproof chestnut pergola, with a dominant view over the entire property, which will accommodate your shaded lunches, dinners and evenings.
On the garden side, you will enjoy:
- a swimming pool (12m x 4.5m) secured by an electric roller shutter, bordered by a large exotic wood terrace and partly covered by a huge shade sail which provides shade and coolness without having to manage the opening and closing of parasols. It can be heated depending on the season up to 29° a few days before your arrival (additional service). Several swimming pool equipment and an aquabike are at your disposal.
- an air-conditioned gym facing the swimming pool, with various equipment (elliptical bike, abs, etc.)
- a real pétanque court 10m x 4m and its oak logs serving as seats and an aperitif table, for spectators or bad losers...
- a stone shed serving as a summer kitchen, with a real old-fashioned pizza oven, a high-end 3-burner gas plancha (Eno brand, width 75 cm) and an adjoining stone barbecue.
- a large shaded and cool plant arbor, equipped with a huge table (14 place settings) ideal for meals with a large family or friends.
Back to the house for some details:
- it is fully air-conditioned, living room and kitchen on the one hand, bedrooms on the other
- three of the four bedrooms open directly onto the terrace and offer a view of the swimming pool and the immense grounds.
- the bedding, the choice of household linen and bathroom linen, the extent of the kitchen equipment, the presence of a TV in each of the four bedrooms, everything has been deliberately designed to be "high-end" to guarantee you the best comfort during your stay.
If you wish to extend the accommodation capacity from 10 to 13 people, you can rent in addition the adjoining mini-villa (30m² - 3 beds), located on the same land, but completely separated physically and visually, only the The entrance to the property is common to both accommodations. But if you do not rent this mini-villa, know that access to the large plot of land, the swimming pool, the arbor, the pétanque court, and the gym, will be entirely reserved for you as tenants of the large house, without any possible promiscuity with possible tenants of the mini-villa.
Several fresh fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, etc. are less than 2 km away and a supermarket is 3 km away.
Close to the most beautiful beaches of Southern Corsica (Saint Cyprien and Cala Rossa 6 km) and the center of Porto-Vecchio (8 km), the house is located 30 minutes from Figari airport, 30 minutes from the forest and Lake Ospedale and 40 minutes from Bonifacio. Many hiking trails start from neighboring villages. A welcome guide, listing some “good tips” in the surrounding area, will be sent to you by email one month before your arrival.

With some exceptions, rentals are for a minimum of one week, generally from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival.
