Outdoor and indoor Pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center all open !

Guests - this is a large resort with numerous amenities; 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, laundry facilities and free parking. One of the 3 pools is temporarily closed due to seawall repair. The other 2 pools are open and totally available to you. So of the 8 amenities, 7 are available to you. In the future, we will also be opening an onsite restaurant and tiki bar. Please note there may be some construction activity during repair of our seawall but this will not impact availability of the amenities listed.

This is a one bedroom direct ocean front condo. A 550 square foot unit with a completely separate living room from the bedroom. The views are spectacular from your front row seat on your private balcony. Many balconies at the resort are pedestrian balconies; people can walk right by your unit. This condo enjoys a completely private balcony.

The Daytona Beach Resort and Convention Center is located directly on the most famous beach in the world. Daytona Beach Resort is a 322-unit resort directly adjacent to the ocean.

The resort location is so convenient as it is directly across the street from a Publix supermarket, Walgreens, restaurants, department stores and other conveniences. Once you arrive, there is little need for a car.

Your suite is a direct oceanfront suite. No partial ocean views here. You have a stunning unobstructed view of the ocean, front and center ! This is a corner suite which ensures a little quieter stay. Many units in the resort have shared balconies where neighbors can walk right through your balcony. Your suite has a totally private balcony, just for you !

Your condo suite has one of the best layouts in the resort. It is a true one bedroom condo with a separate bedroom from the large living area. Lots of seating in the living area along with a 50" flatscreen TV. The bedroom includes 2 queen size beds and another 46" flatscreen TV. We provide 100 channels including 5 Showtime channels. We also just installed a beautiful walk in shower

This resort is directly on the beach in a section that excludes car traffic. You can access the beach directly next to the building.

The place is comfortable and nice. The kitchen is super tiny and I feel it is a bit on the pricey side but overall it was a nice experience. The host is responsive and kind. Beautiful view from the apartment.

The condo and host were amazing. The view from the balcony was great. There is still some work being done at this resort from a prior hurricane but did not affect our stay. The outdoor pool was well-maintained. The location was great as well with a shopping center across the road. I would definitley book again.

The suite was very clean. The view was absolutely Amazing! We loved our family vacation here and would definitely recommend. Their parking garage was close during our stay which caused some parking issues but otherwise everything was wonderful.

Unfortunately, by the online description and pictures we were expecting a nice place to stay. If you enjoy relaxing by the pool and listening to the waves of the ocean this is not your choice. Be prepared to be in the middle of a construction zone outside by the one open pool. The rest of the back property is closed off. Enjoy the sounds of small machinery and the smell of oil and gasoline in the air all while listening to work crews yell to the crane operator. What was the most disappointing is we were never told this place was under construction. There is only one working pool the rest are empty, no direct access to the beach. The tiki bar is not open. Also, beware of the workers outside on the roof that can see right into your room.

Beautiful view and convenient to stores. Pool and resort part is closed which was mentioned in listing and lower price reflected that. No direct access to beach due to hurricane damage.but could access through adjacent public lot. No on site parking except for abiut 20 spots which werealways full.

Great Condo for a family!

This condo unit was perfect for our big family! ( My husband, myself & our kids 12 & under. This 2nd floor unit is perfect & the balcony gave a perfect view! This was our 2nd vacation at the condo but 1st time staying in this unit! We absolutely loved how clean it was and came with everything needed for the stay! Thank you to Steve for the best communication & info for the area! We hope to book this unit again! Definitely 5 stars!

Would Stay Again

Everything was seamless- from booking to checking out. Steve (the Host) was very communicative and offered assistance at every step in the process (if needed). None was needed because it was, again, seamless. The Resort itself was in need of some repairs (due to the hurricanes last year I presume), but the room was as advertised- clean, great view, quiet, and all of the items one would need on vacation. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils, glasses, pots and pans, etc. Plenty of towels, the bed was comfortable, a/c worked great....a very decent stay. We went for Bikeweek, and were close enough to Main Street (a 5 minute ride maybe) but far enough away to avoid traffic congestion. The pools and hot tub were closed, the tiki bar outside was closed, and the inside bar/restaurant was also closed- and the word is none of those things will be open any time soon as the entire building is up for sale. Not sure if there is truth to that, but we didn't go there for any of that.So, overall, this is a great place to stay.

We were excited for our stay based on the listing photos, but unfortunately the resort did not reflect what was advertised. It appears the property is still recovering from the 2022 hurricane, which we understand is beyond the owner's control. However, it would have been helpful if guests had been informed that much of the resort is still under repair and a construction zone.The condo itself was adequate, but the kitchen is small and difficult to use for a family of four. The bedroom stayed much warmer than the living room because the AC unit is located in the living area, and the bathroom was especially hot and noisy. We also encountered a cockroach in the bathroom, which was unpleasant.After a 14-hour drive, we stayed because relocating wasn't practical, but had a refund been an option, we likely would have left after the first night.To be fair, the host was responsive, the front desk staff were wonderful, and the beach was beautiful and uncrowded. Getting there, however, meant either climbing over a makeshift seawall or detouring through a parking lot—neither seemed safe. The hot tubs looked like abandoned science experiments: one sputtered mysteriously while the other was half filledThe ocean view was lovely, but a posted warning not to lean on the balcony wall due to damage was concerning. Overall, the location is great, but the current condition of the resort did not match the listing photos. Greater transparency about the property's current state would have helped.

We have been to this resort many times and this may be our favorite experience! Room was great and view was amazing, and Bobbi was so sweet ;). Loved being right by the parking garage door for easy unloading. Would definitely book again! Thank you
