Beautiful vancovuer west luxury house, location at in center of vancouver luxury area, easy bus /tax /bike/ to downtown vancouver, have 6 bed room with queen to king size ,have corner size parking lot for over 6 cars parking, top safety area .beautiful yard with flowers. near famouse stores ,restaurants, park , and beach. have a beautiful walking road and bike road, from house area to kitslano beach. even vancouver water is very good, but we have top lever water clean system, so all water into house has been cleaned by top water machine .
we ave six wahshing room, 5 full wahsing room and one half wahsingroom.
We have professional team to clean house ,to avoid any virus
We are seriously about health safety , In order to avoid COVID-19, any Clients who have fever or cough ,or come from location which have covid 19 ,must report to releation Vancouver health dept and report to us before you arrived . Otherwise ,all losing will be on yours

VERY MISLEADING

House is very large, architectural design is opulent. Website is very misleading: same two bedrooms are shown multiple times with different coloured bedding to appear like different rooms; there are 6 bdrooms, but 2 are unfinished; there are only 3 full bathrooms and 1 powder room, not 6; there is not a 5 car parking lot; "sleeps 15" is a huge stretch; there is no wood stove; there are very limited utensils and equipment in the kitchen; TV is archaic, very few channels. The house is rundown and badly in need of basic maintenance. Many facilities are broken: window blinds, shower, toilet, front door !!

Camping in a Million Dollar Home

We came to Vancouver as a family to watch our daughter graduate from UBC. We wanted to find a home comparable to our own that was in the same location as our friends and near University. The bones of the home is lovely, but it is not appointed like it should be. We had wanted our daughter to stay with us because we have not seen her in a long time, however the two bedrooms in the basement and bathroom with an nonworking light was not an inviting place. It was devastating to tell her that her tiny basement apartment was better than this home. On the main floor we have plastic fold up chairs at the kitchen table. Not suitable for my elderly Mom and two year old grand baby. The kitchen has mismatched plates and one lone dish towel. There was no soap for the dishwasher so dishes were washed by hand. I asked for more toilet paper, dishwasher soap, napkins, and more dish towels. The property manager left toilet paper and two boxes of kleenex. The family room had an ancient television and awkward furniture. The living room had a sofa and more fold up chairs. The office was stunning, but as my husband logged into the internet, he got several virus warnings. The upstairs master bedroom had a king sized bed with a queen comforter and two small tables. The toilet seat on the bathroom is very stained and there were no rugs on the floor. Note: if you are looking for the light in the closet, it is hidden behind a picture. Of the other three bedrooms, at least one appeared to not have clean bedding. No carpets in the bathrooms either. I wanted this graduation experience to be wonderful and was so devastated by our VRBO experience.

we totlly donot agree on this customer, they are very un friendly, we do so many favour for them ,and they have more people than booking,but we charnge them nothng, but htey still want more, such guest not welcome , all our other guests have good satisfication, excpe this family,and they also make house dirty whent they left ,we have six wahshing room, 5 full wahsing room and one half wahsingroom.

Very accommodating check in

We requested an earlier than normal check in time and was happily accommodated by bringing in his neighbor to help prepare for our stay. Very appreciated.

Week in Vancouver

The house is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, but has VERY few amenities. The owner has many rules about the house and all are geared toward his protection, but VERY little is provided in order to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. As was mentioned in a previous review of this property, we were surprised to learn of a $500 deposit upon check in. There was no mention of a $500 deposit during our communication with the owner prior to check-in. After check in, we soon realized there was not enough silverware, plates, coffee cups, or cooking utensils for meals. Upon request, the owner did bring over extra plates, and bought four new pans, but cooking anything but simple meals was not possible. The house is quite lovely but the basement is still under renovation. It appears that there will be a sauna, game room, video room and finished bathrooms on that level at some point in the future, but right now there are two bedrooms and a half-bathroom with no light. Overall, this was not one of our better experiences with VRBO.

Owner was very pleasant and timely. Basement was under renos. Pack extra towels. Minimum amount of dishes available. TV was archaic and only had a few channels. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Not quite as presented

The neighborhood is picture perfect, the neighbors who we met when we were out walking were very friendly. The house has a lot of potential. The floors with radiant heat were clean and beautiful. The gas fireplaces and the washer/dryer were great! There were a few live plants which was a nice touch. However, the house is under construction/renovation with equipment in the middle of the floor near the bedrooms in the basement. There are not 5 full bathrooms, only three and another one with only a working toilet-- no sink, shower or light fixtures had been installed yet. There is also a powder room on the main floor. There were dirty sheets on two of the beds, the coffee pot was dirty with old coffee in it and the dining table was dirty. The carpeted steps and some of the walls were dirty. There were only six towels when the reservation was for 8; only two coffee cups and limited silverware. Communication with the owner became difficult. He met us when we checked into the house and demanded a cash payment for security deposit which was unsettling. My experience with previous rentals through VRBO had the deposit paid with payment for the rental.The return of the security deposit became an uncomfortable situation. We are respectful renters and I take pride in my history of excellent reviews.

The guest give fraud info and we guess because of Racial discrimination ,and we also claim their damage We have same beautiful house same as beautiful neighbour ,our house over 10 million dollar , when guest check in , they say our house is more beautiful than pictures , we go through with them with whole house and all good and clean and professional , they sign in move in agreement to confirm all good , and we still have oroginal they signed docs, but they damage our window cover and damage the pure white sheets , they promise us will repair , and they also fool us to say they need deposit back earlier one day before they check out. They fool us they will move our in next 4 am ,so we give back the deposit to them in 9 pm one day before they check out. They promise will fix all , But after they take the deposit back, they did not fix the damage they promise to pay or fix,and they also didn’t left at 4 am ,they refuse our cleaner to to clean until they Left in noon ,so we claim for them,so this is why they give fraud info in review

Spacious and bright; great location!

We were delighted that this house had enough room for all of us (2 families = 9 people) to hang out together and also retreat to private spaces. It is very bright and spacious. The location is terrific, in a quiet neighbourhood but close to everything we needed and within easy reach of downtown, the beaches, the university, etc. Communication was easy and prompt, and the handover was straightforward.

View , near many restaurants and banks, coffee etc. Have public bus to anywhere in Vancouver even vancouver water is very good, but we have top lever water clean system, so all water into house has been cleaned by top water machine .
