Located in St Remèze, in the heart of the southern Ardèche, very close to the famous Pont d'Arc and. 5 min from the Pont d'Arc Cavern, a fabulous reconstruction of the famous Chauvet Cave (listed as World Heritage by Unesco), the villa "Les Lavandines" offers you a completely new independent gite, close to the owners' house, located in a plot of 3000 m2.
The cottage can accommodate 4 people;
it is composed
= a bedroom with a 140 bed, with the possibility of a baby bed,
= a second bedroom equipped with 2 90 × 200 beds,
= a living room equipped with a convertible bench, a color television, DVD player, stereo, wifi access, telephone...
= a fully equipped kitchen area (mini_ oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric kettle...)
= a pond, with washing machine

Facing the French windows, a large pergola will allow you to have lunch in the shade, on a garden furniture; you can also grill on the barbecue.

The "siesta" corner will allow you to appreciate the dense shade of the two large fir trees, lying in the deckchairs; it is also a privileged WIFI point (free access), with a view of the swimming pool.

You will have access to the swimming pool (heated in mid-season), but also will be able to use the bicycles which are graciously loaned, as well as the ping-pong table, billiards, the game of darts, game of balls ...
After your activities, a sauna session will bring you rest and relaxation while listening to your favorite music thanks to the integrated radio-cd player.
