This superb villa offers ventilated indoor spaces, contemporary décor and spacious high volumes, ideal for its occupants during a holiday retreat quiet.
 
• The outdoor areas (1400m2 of land) surround the house with large shaded terraces, outdoor barbecue.
• A secure and private heated swimming pool (10x5) depth (1.20m to 2.50m) with electric cover, remote controlled LED lighting and colorful fountains.
• Pleasant summer and winter.
• Indoor garage for 2 or 3 cars, possibility of parking outside.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:
The ground floor includes a wide entrance leading to:

• kitchen: Fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave
   microwave, oven, washing machine, ice maker, coffee maker,
   complete kitchen utensils.
• Large living room and open dining area, with exit to a
        large patio and terrace on each side of the room.

Great villa

A really great villa with, we think the best pool we've had in the south of France, on our budget. A lovely welcome from Nelly and Jean Luc who left us to it once we were settled, but checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was going ok ... and it was. Plenty of space, inside and out, nice 15 min walk with the dog to the boulangerie in the morning and we even walked to the beach (half an hour each way) a couple of times. Great villa, amazing pool, good location and lovely people - thoroughly recommended.

Wonderful house located close to the sea

We were very friendly welcomed by our hosts at our desired arrival time. The house is very well equipped for all needs also for a larger family and was handed over to us in perfectly clean way. The house is located in the near proximity of all kind of shopping centers and just 4 km away from the very attractive gravel beaches of Six-Fours-les-Plages. The bakery is in the neighborhood almost at walking distance. All in all, we had a great and relaxing time at a beautiful house.

Martin and his family were the perfect guests for our home. Everything went smoothly, They precisely communicated with us from our first contact. They respected and followed the house rules and left the property spotless. They will be welcome back any time and I would highly recommend these guests to other hosts.

Wonderful relaxing family holiday

We loved every minute of our 10 night stay. We came as a group of 6, (my family and 2 adult friends.) The hosts were very welcoming and were contactable throughout our holiday whenever we needed. The Villa is in a great, peaceful area within a 5 minute drive of the local town, beaches and the beautiful Brusc harbour. Also toulon which is a 20 minute drive. The weather was beautiful & hot during our stay so the lovely pool was very welcoming and we made good use of it. My children absolutely loved the pool, especially the lights at night! The outside space is great and we cooked outside on numerous occasions. Inside the Villa we had everything we needed including ice trays that automatically filled and cold water filtered from the fridge. These little touches made a difference. Great place to stay and make memories! Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

François et sa famille font parti de la clientèle idéale. Tout s'est bien passé depuis leur arrivée et tout au long de leur séjour. La communication avec nous était précise et fluide dès notre premier contact. Le groupe a respecté et suivi les règles de la maison et ont laissé l'appartement propre. Ils seront à nouveau les bienvenus à tout moment. Je recommande vivement François à de futurs hôtes.
