This house has it all- full kitchen, desk area, 2 lovely bedrooms and a porch. everything is clean and well stocked. manager is very responsive but I had no issues. Highly recommend.

Fabulous apartment, great location. Responsive host. Look no further!

This was my first time staying at this property and I cannot wait to return. The apartment is spotless and very well maintained. The kitchen is modern and equipped for most cooking. The TVs are great, no issues with wifi. Two large bedrooms, nice bathrooms and great washer dryer. There is a lovely porch as well. The host was uber responsive - I didn't need anything but had a quick question and he answered very quickly. Check in and out was easy. You are right by Bayshore drive which is such a nice walk. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. This is a gem - I have stayed in other places that are more money and not nearly as nice! Thank you so much.

Chic Toiletries!

We loved everything about this place! A lot of space and very private. The bedding and all the linens were extremely comfortable. The toiletries included luxury shampoo, conditioner and body wash. And no worries if you forgot a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor or make up wipes it was all provided. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

We rented this property when my daughter graduated from UTampa. We stayed for 9 days. This property is in a perfect, safe location. Plenty of space and felt like I was at home. Property owner, Scott, was amazing. He was always available before and during my stay. Even leaving us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Five Star stay!!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Tampa, I highly recommend staying at this property. It is a short drive from the airport. The neighborhood is adorable with something for everyone. It is a quarter mile walk to Bayshore Blvd where you can continue your walk or run or take advantage of the exercise equipment along the sidewalk overlooking the bay. I was visiting my son and his wife. We loved spending time in Hyde Park Village where there is lots of shopping and restaurants. It's an easy walk or you can drive - there is plenty of parking. It was fun to explore nearby towns. We checked out Dunedin which happened to have a Mardi Gras festival the day we visited. I took a fun yoga class at a studio that was only a 10 minute drive from the rental. Everything we wanted to do was so convenient. The property is clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything you might need. Scott was an amazing host and immediately responded to any question I had for the duration of my stay. He was knowledgeable and helpful in familiarizing us with the property and surrounding area. I will definitely stay there again - thank you Scott!

Great little stay in a central location!

The house has been very nicely updated. The host (Scott) went above and beyond with communication with us before, during, and after our stay. There are several nice touches throughout the house, such as laundry products, personal toiletry items in the bathroom, as well as a very nice welcoming bottle of wine on the table for guests. The house is located in a cute area near Hyde Park and a very short distance away from the water with some excellent places to walk, jog or just relax in the evenings. I cannot tell you enough how wonderful the bed that we slept in was. It was so totally comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. We travel a lot and this bed was by far the most comfortable bed we had slept in on our travels. All of the towels and bedding smelled so good and that was also very nice. They were more than just cleanā€¦.they smelled so nice you didnā€™t want to get out of bed. Kind of like those GAIN commercials you see on TV lol. The house was extremely clean and although the door locking app was a little different, once you download it, it was extremely simple to use. We definitely recommend this day for any business traveler, or a couple, wanting to get away for a nice relaxation trip.

Very clean and host was very responsive to inquiries or concerns throughout my stay. The traffic noise was a bit much from a nearby highway. However, playing white noise on the Alexa device was helpful for drowning out the sound. Thereā€™s an Alexa in both bedrooms if you are a light sleeper and need help dosing off like me. Overall, it was a good stay and the next door neighbor seemed to be pretty friendly as well. I didnā€™t see any other people from the neighborhood but it seems to be a pretty quiet street and in a safe location with easy access to downtown Tampa attractions.

Perfect Place to Explore Beautiful Tampa

My wife, adult daughter, and I spent four days here relaxing and exploring the neighborhood. Absolutely everything about our stay was perfect. The host was welcoming but unobtrusive. The location was great. And the little things -- from kitchen supplies to a seemingly endless supply of clean towels -- made us feel extremely comfortable. We did not want to leave.

Perfect Tampa stay!

We had an effortless vacation thanks to Scott and this lovely townhome. He sent easy to follow details about the property and was quick with any communication throughout the process. The house is spacious and clean with lots of nice extras like hotel style linens, extra toiletries and a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and perfectly comfortable after a busy day of vacation fun. We love S Howard Ave and Bayshore Blvd so the location is great. Itā€™s a 10 min ride to Amalie Arena as well. We love Tampa and will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you Scott for hosting us in your lovely home.!

At Holstram we want every environment to be safe, clean & healthy. Prior to COVID-19 we designed and incorporated robust maintenance and cleaning protocols. This process began by paying living wages to all our cleaning staff. The first protocol was maximizing the indoor air quality. There is a Himalayan salt lamp (Halotherapy) in every bedroom. We use air filters with a MINIMUM MERV rating of 10. We want the air you breathe to be pure and clean. In our pursuit for environmental sustainability and energy conservation we use Nest learning thermostats and LED light bulbs. To conserve water we use H/E dual flush toilets and have Tesla (EV) chargers at some locations to progress the transition to green energy. Next, you will be spending on average 33% of your time in bed. We have a "smudge kit" in every bedroom to purify, re-energize, restore, cleanse and balance energy. This saturates the space with peace, calmness, and positive intentions at a quantum level. We have PREMIUM memory foam mattresses in every bedroom (Tempurpedic, Casper, Purple, Nectar, Ghost Bed). We offer PREMIUM all white bedding and all natural cotton towels. We also REMOVE and REPLACE the duvet covers on every bed after every guest. Most Short Term Rentals (STR) and many hotels do NOT replace or launder the blanket on the bed after every guest. Every location has spa quality toiletries (Soapbox) and paper products (Viva) (Angel Soft). All properties are professionally maintained.
