WaterColor Carriage House - 35 Running Oak Circle - Walk to Camp Watercolor!

This cozy Watercolor carriage house, quietly tucked in beside the main house, is a short walk/bike ride to Watercolorā€™s pools, lake, bike trails and gulf (5 min walk to Camp Watercolor, 20 min walk to beach). This beautifully appointed carriage house lets you take in all that Watercolor has to offer. It is a 4 person rental. The perfect retreat for a couple looking to get away, fits the needs of friends on a get-a-way, or a small family. The full kitchen is ideal for quick meals with a stove-top, oven and extra counter space and has a full-sized fridge, sink and microwave. The full bathroom includes a shower, tub and large sink area.
The carriage house is on a quiet corner in Phase II and overlooks a beautiful pond (great for fishing!). We are steps away from Camp Watercolor, Publix & Pizza by the Sea.

Golf Cart Rentals: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bike Rentals are available through 30A Bike Rentals, Big Daddyā€™s bike shop & Watercolor Resort , Seaside Transit Authority and Shoreline Beach Services.

Watercolor Beach Club - offering two additional pools, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and much more!

Camp WaterColor (just 2 blocks away!) includes 3 total pools, a lazy river, and food & beverage service.

** We will provide guest passes (bracelets) upon your arrival that will provide access to all the Watercolor amenities (pools, lazy river, beach club, beach, etc.). ALL GUESTS over 5 years old will need a bracelet to access Watercolor amenities. If you would like to rent chairs and umbrellas through Watercolor, you can visit the Watercolor website to reserve.

Perfect location for our fall break trip. Had everything we needed. We only ate breakfast at the carriage house, so didnā€™t do big dinners, but the kitchen was equipped for what we needed.

The accommodation is perfect for a small family. This place has incredible amenities (wristbands to camp watercolor & beach club) and is in the perfect location. Itā€™s a good price for the area. We were able to explore and bike through most of 30a in the few days we were there because of the awesome location. Pools and beach are fantastic. I love the watercolor area- itā€™s absolutely amazing for a family vacation. The host was very responsive. Thanks so much! We will come back soon.

This carriage house was exactly as described and pictured. Perfect stay for my husband and I. Enjoyed the quiet street with nice trees and pond out back. Great location to Publix and Seaside too.

We love our vacations to 30A and the overall watercolor community. I loved that this location was so close to several of our favorite places. we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the carriage house, the floor was full of sand, there was dust everywhere (in corners, on the walls, doorframes)

Perfect size for couples and young family

The property is in a perfect location for a couple who doesnā€™t need a full house or a young family. We stayed with our infant, 3 and 5 year old and the two older ones loved having a room with the futon to sleep together and not be far. The location was well situated near Camp Watercolor. It was very clean and organized and had all the things we needed for our stay. The host was quick to reply and answered all of questions before arrival. Check in and out was very easy. We would 100% stay again and recommend this place to family and friends

Great Carriage House!

We LOVED our first stay in Watercolor and this carriage house was perfect for our family of four! The carriage house is located close to Camp Watercolor, which our kiddos thoroughly enjoyed. We are already planning our next trip to this great beach community.

Great place to stay in Watercolor/Seaside area..

My husband and I just got back from our trip. The carriage house is amazing! It was perfect for my husband and I. We will be bringing our two kids next time to enjoy the bunk beds. Easy walk to Camp Watercolor. Bianca, was so responsive throughout our stay. Can't wait to come back!

The best place!

This is our 2nd time to stay at the carriage house. We love this place! It is the perfect size, so clean, has everything you need for a beach getaway. Bianca is so quick to respond and very helpful. It is a 5 minute walk to Camp Watercolor! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful property and beautiful cottage! It was just like the description. The area and house were SO peaceful and so perfect for me, my husband and our two girls. My girls loved the bunk beds and it was so quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay here! The host was always so responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Cozy corner at the beach

Very cute apartment with just enough space for our family of four (two adults, an infant, and a small child). Excellent air conditioning and all appliances worked well. We especially loved the spacious tub/shower. Easy walk to Camp Watercolor which was a lot of fun for the kids. Also not too far to walk to the little shopping area with restaurants and the beach. Owner was SO responsive throughout our stay and in preparation before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

The best for small families

We love staying where with our family of 4. We can cook if we want, bring all our food, and close the door to the kids room when itā€™s time for bed. The host is so responsive and this year we took advantage of the chairs they supply! This is a wonderful way to visit watercolor and get all the benefits with a small family. We brought our own bikes and bikes everywhere! This is our second year at this exact property and we will be back!

This is a basic unit. It is okay, but not nearly as nice as other carriage houses we have stayed at in Watercolor that have high end materials and larger spaces with walk in showers, walk in closets, etc. The attention to cleanliness was disappointing. The toilet had mildew growing in it, the floor had sand on it (there is no broom or swiffer), and there was quite a bit of trash on the ground around the trashcans and stairway, which was not present at other units on the same street. The owner or management company needs to inspect before new tenants arrive to ensure it is clean.

A simple stay in Watercolor/Seaside areaā€¦

The carriage house was simple and perfect for the 2 of us. We rented bikes and traveled by bike everywhere. The only thing that could have been better is that the place had ā€˜realā€™ tv/cable. Even when I travel I like to turn on the news to see whatā€™s happening in our world even while away on vacay. Good price/quiet location/no problems at all. The property manager person, Bianca, was super accommodating which made things even better!

Great WaterColor Stay

We loved our Spring Break family getaway to WaterColor! Staying in the carriage house was an affordable way for us to experience the many WaterColor amenities and a fine size for our small family. We rented bikes for a week from Shoreline Beach Services, and they even delivered them. The house is a short walk or bike ride to Camp WaterColor, where we enjoyed daily visits to the childrenā€™s pool and lazy river. We also biked to the Beach Club and Seaside. The house is clean and cozy and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was a convenient home for a great WaterColor stay.

Nice carriage house and in a good location. It's hard to tell the next stair from the other when walking down so recommend taping/painting a strip in the top end to keep from falling/tripping. The A/C unit is noisy when it comes on and tended to wake us up at night.

Fun time

Nice property as advertised. We had air conditioning issues and no parts available but owner stepped up. It needs a better house cleaning service. We had a great time and used it as an overflow apartment for bigger family house. Do not plan on cooking meals as the kitchen is small and not stocked well. Bring your own salt and pepper, bicycles and laundry Matt. :)

Watercolor little gem

It was perfect for us. If you want the amenities of the Watercolor community (beach club and camp watercolor) but donā€™t need a full home, this place is perfect. The bedroom/bunk room was larger than expected. It was like a large hotel suite with a kitchen. The previous reviews are accurate and helpful. (For example, the ice maker is loud, but just turn it off and you wonā€™t hear it). The location was ideal and host very responsive to the one question we had. We are a family of four and for a family it is a little small, but If you plan to be outside most of the time, and we were, it was perfect.
