Beautiful 4400 sq ft home with new, huge, heated pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen and bar area. 2600 sq ft. Fenced in yard. Outdoor kitchen with gas grill and gas stove top. House has 2 wings, 2 living rooms 1 which is also a game room with pool table, electronic dart board and 6 person game table.

Very unique rental! Sleeps 20 in beds! 7 bedrooms plus a semi private large loft with 1 king and 2 queen beds

6 & 7-2 queen bedrooms
1 semi private loft with 2 queens and 1 king. (1 side with queen bed more of a normal size, other side of loft has a lower ceiling great for kids. All bedrooms on main level except loft.)

4 full baths plus outdoor pool bathroom and outdoor pool shower, heated pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, swim up bar, and pool table. Plus pack and play available. Outdoor kitchen has stove top, grill, and 2nd fridge with ice maker,
Perfect for big gatherings, small parties and weddings. Makes a great Christmas present.

Smart TV in every bedroom except loft. 75” outdoor TV by the pool 85” TV in the 2nd wing living/game room!

Located 2 miles from the beautiful beaches of Cape Coral Beach, 12 miles from Fort Myers beach on the Gulf of Mexico, 15 miles from Sanibel Island and 27 miles from Captiva Island!
Boating excursions available with my husband as the driver. Boat holds 10 with him. It’s $495 a day plus fuel. Holds 10 with him. Its a 2018 Hurricane Fundeck 236. Pontoon interior with a speedboat v bottom. He can usual find dolphins around sunset which is pretty awesome. Take people to beaches, bar hopping, and restaurants, catch the beautiful Florida sunsets or whatever you like.

Or if you like we also have daily or weekly boat rentals without a captain too. We have them docked at our own home 2 blocks from the vacation home.

The house was perfect for the entire family. The outdoor kitchen was great to have by the pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating everywhere. Everything you need is within a 15 minute drive.

Family beach trip

Out of all of the beach houses we’ve rented, this one has the best outdoor setup for a larger group that we’ve seen. The house is split up in a really nice way and the kitchen is well stocked with things you need to cook for a larger group. The only reason we deducted one star from the description was because there are only 2 ‘hall’ bathrooms. One in the main wing and one outside. The other 3 bathrooms are all in masters. We made it work, but it was different than the description we read. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay!

Awesome Vacation Home

Everyone was so happy with this beautiful, spacious home! We had a great time in the pool and hot tub! There was plenty of room for everyone (we had 16 people ranging from 12 to 79 years old). It was close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants! The communication with the owners was great! The beds were comfortable! I really can’t say enough about this home! We will definitely be back!!

Florida trip 2025

Dana and her family were amazing from booking til check out! She responded quickly and even let us order and ship our children’s car seats to her. She unpackaged them and had them in the two Vans we rented from them! There were a couple of house issues that they fixed promptly, even on Sunday! The home held our group of 10 adults and 10 kids easily, and had everything you could imagine. If I could say one thing we missed, would be missing the lanai that the hurricane took, but understandable why they haven’t replaced. The outside kitchen and bar was also amazing. We spent hours out there!! The hosts checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! The home, hosts and vacation were a hit for our family! Thanks again for all you did Fish family for making it a success!!!! I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a big group!!

Great place for family!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is expansive and roomy, so our family of 15 had plenty of room. It is rather odd that you have to walk through the one bedroom to get to the other wing of the house, but we just left that room empty. The kids really enjoyed the pool-everyday! We loved that we could control the heat. The only complaint is that all the dishes and glasses are glass and we were afraid to take them out by the pool, so we stocked up on paper plates and Solo cups. The stone floor in the patio/pool area gets really slippery with water, too. (We had one child fall.) The house was well stocked except for laundry supplies, but we had packed our own. There were only ten beach towels, which we thought odd when it sleeps twenty, but we made do. Overall, we had a great time and loved the house! We would stay again!

Fantastic stay

We had a terrific two weeks at this property. It was ideal for our family of 14 (6 adults and 8 grandchildren). The southern exposure of the pool area is ideal. The pool area was spacious. The grandchildren loved it! Close to all the things we needed. Day trips to Bowditch Beach, Sanibel and Bonita beach. Communication with Dana and Jason was excellent. We will definitely be back!

This property was perfect for our family! We loved the outdoor seating and bar! There was plenty of room for our family of 13. The neighborhood was close to shopping and dining which was an added plus…would highly recommend this property!

Family dream vacation

House was large enough to hold our big family without being on top of each other. Outdoor space was perfect for all our meals, games, and relaxing. Had everything we needed. Pool was perfect and the host was responsive. Would definitely recommend.

A couple things made this house amazing for us. 1. We were able to regulate the temp of the pool/hot tub. This was a huge blessing as the outside temp was very cool the week we were there. We were all able to still enjoy the pool and hot tub. We also loved that the pool has a shallow area for the babies to sit and play. Lovely outdoor pool area. It had a great Weber grill and a lovely sitting/eating area!2. The vans that they rent to their guests was such a blessing. They come and pick you up at the airport and take you back! Who does that? We have rented lots of homes through the years and this one was by far the very best. We plan to return in a couple years with more of our family. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Fish, for letting us stay in your home!!!

Great stay

We had a great time visiting the Fort Myers/caper Coral area. There is lots to do and great places to eat. The VRBO was just as expected. Very clean, plenty of room, and a great outdoor area with pool and hot tub. Everyone had their own space as needed and we even had room to spare! The hosts were very responsive and made sure we got in well and had a great trip. Would recommend to anyone.

Great House

We stayed August 4-10 2024 and had a great week even though Tropical Storm Debby rolled in on us the first couple days. The house was perfect for our group. All the teens had their own room and the younger girls absolutely loved the spacious loft area. The pool table and puzzles were enjoyed during the storm. The house was very clean and had all we needed. There were lots of kitchen appliances like crockpots, electric skillets, blender, waffle maker, griddle etc. that were great. The middle walk through room was a little different but it worked out fine being able to walk around on the outside near the pool so it wasn't and issue. Jason & Dana were absolutely awesome. They responded quickly to our messages when we had any concerns (mainly from the storm). They offered suggestions on places to go and things to do. Jason took a few out fishing on the last day which was great. We would definitely recommend this house to others. The only slight issue is that you have a little bit of a drive to the beaches however that just gives you more options to try out the different beaches during the week. Sunset at Fort Myers is amazing, plus there are a few shops and restaurants in that area. The ice cream at Yoders is fantastic.

Excellent stay for our family

Overall, a wonderful vacation. Excellent communication with hosts. The house has everything one would need to cook etc. The outdoor kitchen wonderful. Spent all most all of our stay outside with exception of sleeping.It was an awesome place to make so many memories with our children and grandchildren. Rented pontoon, and had Jason captain his boat for an amazing day on the water with highlight of dolphins jumping in boat wake. We had such a positive experience with the hosts and hope to return in future. Thank you Dana and Jason!!

The Perfect Vacation House

We loved the house, it was the perfect size for our group of 20. The location of the property is perfect. The pool/hot tub and the outdoor kitchen and seating areas were amazing. The owner responds almost instantly to any questions. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

Perfect house for Large Groups

The location is fantastic you are only 45 minute drive to numerous beaches such as Fort Myers or Sanibel island. The layout out of the house is a tad quirky, but it works for larger groups with 2 separate wings which is connected via one of the queen Bed rooms. You get 2 Fridges which is great because the indoor fridge is where we supplied our Food for dinners and snacks and drinks were kept in the bar fridge. Also keep up with the towels for showers and pool as they will become overwhelming to wash on check out day. The A/C in the house was great, but the pool gets up in temp due to being out in the sun all day. Now let me tell you about the Host they are AMAZING quick response and overall a beautiful house. We are planning our return visit and will be looking at this house for our future stay. Thank you for letting us rent your house.

3 generation family vacation

Great large family accommodation! Outdoor pool and seating were excellent as was the kitchen and dining area. Plenty of beds for 17 in our family. A few minor touches that could improve the use of the property. Outdoor sink faucet was not functional, master bathtub filling from ceiling splashed water on floor, more plasticware to be used outdoors and some window treatment to darken bedrooms. Our family of 3 generations had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property to any large group!!!

Great house for a large group

Loved the size of this house. Had a large group and everyone was very pleased. Lot of amenities in this house. The pool and hot tub were excellent. I was able to control the pool and hot tub temperature with an app on my phone.

This beautIiful remodeled home is large enough to accomodate 20 comfortably in beds! There are 2 wings. This works great to allow privacy for everyone. Every bedroom has a smart tv except the loft. A lot of seating throughout entire home!

There are 2 separate living rooms in each wing. Watch your favorite games on the 85 or 60 in the 2nd wing living room/game room. Pool table, electric dart board, 6 person game table.

The outdoor pool and kitchen area is great for gatherings of all ages. It’s perfect for family gatherings, birthday parties, or adult getaways!! Makes a great Christmas present! Centrally located around beaches, golf courses,(Top Golf and Pop Stroke are in this area,) shopping, grocery and liquor stores, bars, and restaurants!!
