NEW PENTHOUSE UNIT Sleeps 4-5 Top floor new construction in the heart of downtown Whitefish, Montana. Breathtaking views of vibrant downtown, Central Avenue and Big Mountain can be enjoyed from the wall of windows in the living room or from the spacious balcony overlooking the wonderful town. This is a fantastic location, just steps away from: parks, trails, hiking, kayaking, golfing, skiing, fishing, shopping, breweries, restaurants, and nightlife, along with being a short drive to Whitefish Mountain Ski Area and Glacier National Park. Easy access from the covered, off street parking, leads you into the building where guests can easily take their bags up to the penthouse units with the new elevator. The outdoor patio is perfect for entertaining friends, watching downtown, sitting around the fire pit, and sitting in the large hot tub. Loft 302 features a king bedroom suite with walk-in shower, dual sinks, built in closets with overhead storage, and TV with cable and internet service. This suite also offers a private door to the balcony. The second bedroom in Loft 302 offers a bunkbed with a full and oversized twin, TV with cable and internet. The bathroom can be closed off to act as a second master should a guest so choose. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with closet featuring overhead storage. Luxe Loft Amenities: Full kitchen with free Keurig coffee so you don't have to leave your comfy room to enjoy the views from the deck over coffee, wine and champagne for our over 21 guests for a small fee so you can have a drink after shopping, skiing, or dinner without having to go shopping, washer and dryer, TV (x3), cable, internet, and outdoor seating with fire pit, ground level ski and bike storage space with a dedicated oversized covered parking space. The snow bus stops a block away so you don't even have to drive to the mountain, pay for parking, or worry about driving back after cocktail hour with your friends. Uber and Lyft are available as well. Downtown Whitefish offers a very vibrant and unique atmosphere. There are high end shops along with quaint gift stores. Art Galleries, bakeries, coffee shops and more adorn every block. Beautiful property in a great location!!

We loved our time in Whitefish! This property was perfect for walking to town. We loved that it was on the edge of Main Street so it was quiet yet convenient. Property is clean and comfortable. Cole was a pleasure to work with. Would stay again.

Great condo!

This was the perfect condo for our ski vacation. My friend and I wanted more space than a hotel room, and this home was so nicely appointed, convenient to restaurants and shopping, the snow bud is right outside. Perfect place. Hot tub was wonderful!

Great property in amazing location

We stayed for a ski vacation and loved the condo's location, modern decore and very comfortable beds with nice linens. Megan was great communicating check in etc and was responsive to our needs. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in town, walk to shops and take the free ski shuttle from one block away up to the mountain. Fantastic experience overall!

Wonderful weekend getaway

Wonderful location, clean and safe stay. We came for a weekend getaway for our kids and whitefish did not disappoint. The location is prime as there are numerous options for food and entertainment. The jacuzzi was a fun escape at the end of a busy day. The communication with the property manager was great too. Definitely coming back.

Whitefish getaway

We stayed at Cole's condo in Whitefish for 3 nights. The condo was very clean, the location was superb with an amazing rooftop view of downtown Whitefish and ski mountain, we had a covered parking space, and bonus - a cool coffee shop and yoga joint right downstairs! Our boys loved the bunk beds, bathroom, and Wi-Fi (especially after camping many nights leading up to our stay)! Cole was reachable via text and VRBO and quick to respond. Glacier NP was a 35 minute drive from the condo. You can walk to everything in downtown Whitefish. We ate at Tupelo Grille, Abruzzo, and Jersey Boys Pizzeria and all were fantastic. We completely fell in love with the area and will definitely be back to ski sometime! Thanks, Cole!

Beautiful 2 nights in Whitefish

This condo is beautiful and has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Whitefish. My friend and I stayed 2 nights while traveling to Glacier NP. The location is perfectly situated in the heart of Whitefish where there are plenty of good places to eat and shop. We were gone most of the day out in the Park, but when we returned we had the beautiful condo to relax, watch tv, and of course enjoy the hot tub. Thank you Cole for being so accommodating and I hope to return sometime soon!

This place and the host was absolutely amazing! My fiancƩ and I had a great time. This was close to downtown and the view from the balcony is beautiful! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

great location but lacking in the details

The unit looked just as it did on the listing- very stylish and great location. However, we missed out on some of the major amenities that were listed . First night ( Thursday) we went to use the hot tub, there was hair and debris in it. We messaged that evening the owners answered the next day after I reminded them - they said no one could come to clean it until Sunday afternoon. ( our final night) - that process took all afternoon and was handled by 2 teenagers. Had we known that it would be so disruptive (they had to trudge thru the entire unit each time they would come in and out )and we still wouldnā€™t be able to use it because by the time it was re- filled it would take more than just a few hours to reach the optimum temperature. I donā€™t own a hot tub, so I was not aware of all of this- I think they should have told us so we could have decided if it was worth it since it was our last day. The other issue was the fire pit- they didnā€™t warn us that there was that the fire danger was high for that area, and we were really looking forward to using it- i know itā€™s not their fault but if we had known we couldnā€™t use it we wouldnā€™t have gotten our hopes up. Also, had a mascara looking stain on one of the pillows, which led me to wonder about the cleaning protocol. We are both chefs and were looking forward to cooking for our son whom we havenā€™t seen in a long time - but kitchen needs some essential items like salad bowl/fruit bowl/mixing bowl, steak knives they could use a side table in the master bed room and a shower shelf. Normally I wouldnā€™t mention the last 2 things in the review, I would normally tell the owners privately but just want someone to be aware. Last item was the furniture in the living room was sparse- only one sofa- they really need a love seat or at least an additional chair if there are more than 2 people. In order to watch TV you have to move the sofa at a different angle. Owners were responsive but I feel like they probably do really well with the unit and werenā€™t very apologetic- I felt like I was being a complainer but honestly again- I looked so forward to relaxing and sitting in a hot tub and by a fire- with my son and - not to be able to do that was really disappointing. I think a simple gesture like a $50 gift card for lunch somewhere nearby could have been appropriate and appreciated. Iā€™m a host myself of 2 short term rentals and have 60 five* ratings because I take my guests comments and complaints seriously.

Great location for downtown Whitefish

If you want to stay in walking distance to the heart of the bar and restaurant life in Whitefish then this is a great unit. I would echo the complaint of a prior tenant who said the owner really needs to buy a chest of drawers for each bedroom. Even the larger master bedroom does not have a dresser for clothing. Tje owner really must buy a dresser for each bedroom. The very small second bedroom in particular needs a dresser since there is no closet In the room (itā€™s in the adjoining bathroom). A night stand with a lamp would be a good addition, especially since the only light in the bedroom is the overhead ceiling fan, and all the bulbs were dead. Thank you to Bryan for coming that same day to replace them. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a twin bunk bed over the top. Perfect maybe for a family with three kids, but not optimal if two couples are planning to share this unit. There isnā€™t cable TV, only Roku and Netflix. We didnā€™t come to Monatana to watch TV, but had hoped to catch local news.

Whitefish condo

Loved the location and very clean and new. The hot tub was awesome. The second bedroom doesn't have a closet or a chest to store belongings and it was hard to regulate the temperature in that room but otherwise it was a great place for a short stay.

50th Anniversary Visit

The location of the condo is really handy with a covered parking spot for you to use. It was pretty cold while there and the condo was really warm without hardly any heat on. The deck is a nice size for 4 people with a nice fire pit. We didn't use the hot tub since there was snow. The TV is located at an odd angle so makes it a little hard on your neck to watch it. The master bedroom has a really comfortable bed and large shower. The 2nd bed and bath is smaller, but very usable with a hallway door and one to the bedroom. The condo is decorated nicely with pretty hardwood floors. There is a handy coffee shop on the 1st floor which has great coffee & desserts. Lots of shopping and restaurants just steps from your building, also. If you're wanting convience, comfort and views, we would recommend you try this condo.
