This home can accommodates 4 guests and is in a great location to begin your adventure. This townhouse has easy access to the freeway or downtown area within minutes. We have furnished the home with comfortable furnishings that blend nicely with the architecture and encourage relaxation. Everything that you might need for a pleasant stay has been provided.
This unit is a two story with the main floor consisting of the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry facilities and guest half bath. The upper level has two large bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The living room is furnished with a reclining couch, accent chair for encouraged relaxation and a desk and office chair for business or social media needs. You can also watch movies on a 55ā€ smart TV with blue ray player, Netflix or stream your favorite movies via our free Wi-Fi, now itā€™s time to relax and enjoy. The dining room is open to the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices/herbs, cookware and dinnerware everything you may need is provided. Just grab your groceries and youā€™re set to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. There is a laundry facility in the unit and we supply basic laundering supplies.
The upper level has the two queen size bedrooms equipped with nice bedding and linens, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and large closets. The bathroom is commonly shared and our bathrooms have a full supply of fine bath linens, body soap, shampoo, condition, and liquid hand soap/lotion, hand held shower heads and hair dryers for the convenience of our guests.
Close to shopping, restaurants and all of the attractions that the Yakima Valley has to offer. Nice private patio.

Perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in Yakima. Great location & Extremely clean!! Dale & Debbie were great hosts! A bottle of wine was waiting for us in our arrival! Highly recommend!

We chose this location in Yakima because of the proximity to my two brothers families. The property was perfect with an outdoor space to enjoy the warm early fall weather. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for reasonable price

Dale and Debbie, property owners, have a very well-kept unit with comfortable beds, upgraded linens, living and dining area, and a well-stocked kitchen including a variety of spices, coffee, tea, and water. The unit is in a safe neighborhood with nearby grocery, dining, wineries, and brew pubs. The owners were very responsive. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at and would stay here again when in the area.

Great getaway!

We were in town visiting my nephew who works for WDEC. Reasonable drive to Mt Rainier for something adventurous. The property was perfect! Comfy arrangements and the hosts were great working with us for the adjustments we needed to make. Thank you Deb and Dale!!

Clean, Safe, Convenient

Hosts were MORE than available if/when we needed them. Great communication prior, during and after. We were attending a basketball tournament and it was close to that venue in a secure and safe location. Thank you for the stay and communication. Hopefully, we're back next year!

We even met the nice neighbor and his dog.

We had a nice stay! Clean and centrally located. The only negative thing about it is the beds. Very uncomfortable mattress that was more like an air mattress on a bed frame. It would be ok for little kids, but for two adults it was hard to sleep.

Not Vrbo standards

I have talked to numerous people who use vrbo and they all said I should contact VRBO. After arriving went upstairs to use bathroom. Tried to flush and there was just a clunking sound. After investigating, the water had been turned off at the toilet. Turned it on only to find the water pressure so high it would have overflowed the toilet if left on. It had to be turned on and off to use the full bathroom. We had to walk downstairs to use the half bath. I immediately contacted the property owner but now response other than an automated message about check out time. When I went to close the blinds that were pulled up, I realized why....there was a giant gap of missing slats. I didn't understand the sign about keeping any dishes out of the sink to avoid pests. But we did not use the kitchen or anything for that matter after I found a roach in my bed. I have pictures of the items listed. We had such a beautiful stay at another property just a week before in Brookings, OR it was a shock to find this unit it the condition it was. The only other text I received from the owner was standard check out information. We hardly used the unit and stayed at our friends most of the evening due to the toilet situation. And cable and the information in the drawer to the TV was for a Hisense TV and the tv was an ONN with no information. On the street outside were 2 vehicles being lived in. I hope this property gets pulled until the items are corrected. It certainly isn't VRBO standards.

I was there for cataract surgery and the house is less than 5 minutes from the clinic. It was clean and had everything we would need. Living room small with seating for 3 adults only so a little cramped if you have more people. Fine for 2 of us.

Perfect for what we wanted

A friend and I came to Yakima for a few days to get some sunshine and get away from the June gloom. The house was spotless. It was in a conveniently located, quiet, location, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were lots of fluffy towels. Be aware that if you want to use Netflix you have to use the DVD remote. We would come back again.

Just what we hoped for.

Everything about this place was just what we hoped for. Good location, clean, comfortable, good WiFi, all the accomodations we needed and attentive hosts. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is only one thing on the downside and that can be easily remedied. The tub-shower floor was slippery and had no rubber mat to put down on the floor so getting into and out of the tub was dangerous.

Yakima Highlighted from this property

The home was well-appointed and cozy. The area was very comfortable and the views were very pretty. The hosts were extremely responsive and obviously take great care of the home as well as their guests. We had a welcoming gift, wonderful bath accoutrements and linens. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer were very clean and added an unexpected convenience. The area offers convenient places to eat and shop. We would easily stay here again.

Felt like home

The property is close to freeways and stores. There is a really great restaurant Powerhouse Grill just a few miles down. The unit is quiet and has all your basic amenities, such as spices in the kitchen. The owners had a nice Riesling in the refrigerator for our arrival. Great place!! I would recommend this place to my closest friends.
