Front Entrance to home:

Double doors open to main foyer with 18 ft. ceilings and stairway and second floor balcony. From the front entrance you’ll have a beautiful view of the great room through to pool then lake. Large open kitchen equipped with granite counter tops & electric stove. Plenty of seating includes a huge island counter top that seats 8, plus table seating in kitchen breakfast area and dining area.

Main great room with beautiful views of pool and back yard offers plentiful seating on comfy sectional couch and lounge chairs. There is an upright piano is the room. New 85” Flat Screen TV. (10 free HBO, Prime and Netflix!! NFL RedZone, College Football Games as well as NBA,)

TV room/Family Room with beautiful view of pool has a fireplace and 70” HD TV. Two sofas can seat 10 people. A comfortable Queen air bed provides additional sleeping quarters in this room that has double doors that can close for privacy. A full bathroom leads to pool area from this room.

Bedrooms:

1st Master bedroom ---Large master bedroom offers King bed with 65” flat screen TV. Private full bathroom.

2nd Guest bedroom has Queen bed (this room is being remolded with a queen bed) and shares a full bath. 40” flat screen TV.

3rd Guest bedroom has King bed and shares a full bath. 50” flat screen TV.

4th Guest bedroom has King bed and shares a full bath. 50” flat screen TV.

5th Bedroom is a King bed private suite. It is on the second floor with a private full bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool and back yard. 40” flat screenTV. This bed can fold up (Murphy Bed) and the room becomes the pool (billiards) room.

6th Bedroom/Loft (2nd floor, small) contains a full size futon bed and shares a full bath. 35” flat screen TV.

Laundry Room with washer and dryer off kitchen.

Pool and Deck has large covered area with many tables, chairs, a couch and 16’ X 38’ HEATED pool. The pool has a heating system. There is a child safety fence available that surrounds the pool. Pool volleyball is available along with a gas grill and LED lights.

Back yard leads to the lake and has a large open area for yard games (corn hole game at house).

We also have a high chair, stroller, folding strollers and 2 portable crib.

PETS:
Only 2 dogs/ pets allowed max. on the property. We require a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet to be assessed per week. Guests are required to clean up after dogs using waste disposal bags provided. Please notify us that you are bringing the animals prior to arrival.
