This pleasant and bright 60 m2 apartment is located 7 minutes from the city center by tram, in the 3rd district of Prague. Located on the second floor of a building with four, close to public transport (tram / station), it enjoys ideal sunshine with ceilings over 3m high and parquet floors. It consists of a large bedroom, a large living room and a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi / broadband connection.
The accommodation can ideally accommodate a family (2 adults with 2 children)

This pleasant and bright apartment of 60 m2 located in the 3rd district of Prague, is at 7 minutes from the city center by tramway.

Situated on the second floor of a building of four, near the public transport (tramway station), it benefits from an ideal period of sunshine with ceilings above 3m and parquet flooring. It consists of a main bedroom, a bright living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Of course WiFi is complementary.

This flat is ideal for a family (2 adults with 2 kids)

Perfect on Lipanska

This apartment did not disappoint. It was so bright and the high ceilings added to the spaciousness. The kitchen and bathroom are well supplied. The Owner was super helpful and accommodating when we could only arrive late in the evening, we made arrangements to pick up the key before our rental period started. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Prague

Nette Wohnung

Wir haben in der Wohnung drei Tage verbracht. Diese ist super augestattet, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Stadtzentrum kann man per Fuss erreichen, aber auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Prag sind herrvorragend, direkt vor dem Haus ist die Strassenbahn. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Prag ist einen Besuch wert, denn die Stadt ist wunderschön.

Spacious, convenient

Just minutes from the tram & bus, this apartment offers plenty of space and a full kitchen. Host was thoughtful and made an extra effort to make sure I could access the property, despite some unexpected problems. Would definitely stay here again.

Appartement bien équipé, propre et confortable. Très proche des transports

L'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé. La proximité du tram est un réel atout, à 10mn du centre ville. Nous avons reçu beaucoup d'informations pratiques de la propriétaire, concernant les transports, les visites, les restaurants.. C'est une location que nous recommandons.

Apartament molt recomanable

Apartament ben equipat i situat en una zona tranquil·la i ben comunicada, per tramvia (10-15 minuts), amb les zones històriques de la ciutat. És un segon pis i no té ascensor, que no ha estat cap problema per a nosaltres però ho podria ser per algú altre. El recomanem.

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit guter Nahverkehrsanbindung

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet und verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Vermieter gaben uns vor der Anreise hilfreiche Informationen zur Parksituation, Nahverkehr, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Vor dem Haus fahren vier Straßenbahnlinien ab. Die gute Anbindung hat allerdings den Nachteil, dass es im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer rund um die Uhr relativ laut ist. Die nächsten Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt, was uns allerdings weniger störte. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen, allerdings nur für Menschen, die einen festen Schlaf haben.

Très comfortable, agréable et bien placé

Merci a Pétra pour son attention et sa disponibilité afin que le séjour vous soit agréable, ce qui a été notre cas. L'appartement est très agréable et bien situé, dans un quartier assez calme avec des commerces et un arrêt de Tram ( avec plusieurs lignes) situer a 100m de l'appartement. De ce quartier il est aussi possible de ce rendre a pieds sur certain site. Je le conseillerai a des amis.

Perfecto. Muy cómodo y bien situado

El apartamento es fantástico. Tiene todo lo necesario, incluso para estancias largas, ya que tiene todo el equipamiento de cocina, ropa de casa, etc. Esta perfectamente situado en una zona muy tranquila a 10 minutos del centro y 15 de Mala Strana en tranvia, que está a 50 metros del apartamento. Petra es muy amable y atenta, aunque como todo ha ido perfecto, no hemos necesitado nada. Una experiencia fantástica en una ciudad maravillosa. A repetir y por supuesto, a recomendar.

Well-located, lovely apartment!

This apartment really has it all--1/2 block to the tram stop, many little convenient stores and places to eat nearby...the apartment, itself has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, the bed was super-comfortable and the living area is spacious, light, and airy. My son is living in Prague, and I'm sure I will be back--hopefully, this apartment will be available! Thank you!

Stylish & Homely - a great place to stay!

This spacious apartment is beautifully decorated with stylish furnishings. It’s on the second floor and reached by wide and easy stairs and is perfect for both efficient short breaks and homely long stays. We loved the large well-curtained windows, the super comfy big bed and sofas, the great shower with good pressure and piping hot water and the delightful sunny kitchen. Fast and reliable wifi too! It is perfectly positioned on a quiet side street, close to all amenities, with trams giving easy access to the old town and the main stations. (And while it requires a couple of changes, it’s cheap and easy from the airport too – Bus #100 bus at the airport to Zlicin; Metro B line to Narodni Trida; Tram #9 to Lipanska direction Spojovaci.) We really enjoyed walking and exploring the local districts with their beautiful parks and green hills giving great views of the city. The comprehensive information package on the house and locality with its many varied shops, restaurants and tram connections was very useful and much appreciated. We were here for several weeks and thoroughly enjoyed both the city and the apartment. We hope to return for another long stay!

Clean, Pretty and Welcoming. A wonderful stay.

Chris and Petra are extremely timely when it comes to responses to any questions you may have which is a major plus. The flat is clean, spacious and very well done. Location is pretty good, only a short tram ride into the centre or a 20 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Thank you Chris and Petra! Dustin

Great apartment !

Would definitively stay again in this apartment, so spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable bed, great to have 2 large sofas, and such a nice appartement. We enjoyed watching Netflix as we are subscribed, the coffee machine for making cappuccino is great. Everything was great. As we stayed for 2 weeks it was nice relaxing sometimes in the apartment. Thank you very much to Chris and Petra Pinard.

Sauberes, schönes und modern ausgestattetes Apartment

Die Wohnung ist schön hell, es sind alle Dinge da, die das Leben angenehm machen vorhanden ( Kaffeemaschine, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler). Der Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt sind per Straßenbahn in 5 , 6 Minuten erreicht( Haltestelle ist um die Ecke. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend, sehr zu empfehlen.

Light & airy flat near city center / Bright apartment in the center of Prague

The flat is absolutely recommendable, it was very clean and everything was working. The furnitures are as good as new. The living room is quite spacious with two big couches and a table between them. There is also a big dining table with four chairs. The pictures giving a good impression of the flat and are accurate. Bed and couches are really comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. There is cooker and oven, dish washer, big fridge and freezer. In the bathroom are towels and a washing machine available. The flat is located in Prague 3 about 2 km away from the main square of Prague. It’s a nice 20min walk to get there, alternatively you can take the tram to get there even faster, the tram stop is just 50m away. The flat is located in a quite side street, a police station is 50m away. There are several small groceries shops around and within 3min walking distance 2 big ones (Tesco and Albert). The Restaurace U Agamy which is also just 3 mins away is fantastic. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the flat and would definitley take it again if we are going to Prague again.
