Upon entry, the condo had:-dirty patio screen and windows, -blood stain on king mattress cover,-dirty stove top, -decor very outdated, -stained dirty old bed pillows-queen mattress very uncomfortable, -bathroom tub caulking stained, -shower head leaking, -stained toilet bowl,-dirty patio chairs and rug sitting in living room-chipped wall paint,- many scuff marks on closet wall, -dirty entry rugs and floor, - first floor bathroom fan did not work- All fans covered in dust.-Building front door mats and sidewalks covered in dirt. Positive note-the king comforter was new and clean.
No dusting is done on all fans, surfaces etc.
It is now clean.

Clean and great location

The condo was well stocked, clean and warm! Could use a bit of tlc, but nothing major, just some lightbulbs replaced and the blinds repaired. We would definitely recommend this property, it it super close to the ski area.

Family Ski Trip

Place needed to be updated. Skillets, etc in kitchen old & chips of Teflon would come off in food. One kitchen towel, no potholders, not enough bath towels. Said had Dish Tv. Does not. Said sleeps 12. Only sleeps 10 max. Needs couch to be a pullout couch or something to sleep 12.

Lack of communication

Overall it was a nice stay. But the dishwasher does not work during our stay, no matter how we presses the buttons, we tried to communicate with the manager through text messages and phone messages asking for help, but no reply received at all. We ended up washing all the dishes by hand. It's during Christmas week, which is understandable. But no one contacted us even after is not an acceptable service.

Stay elsewhere!

Kitchen not well equipped, only 3 trash can liners that fit- rest were too small, very, very few condiments, no dish cloths, no napkins, Dusty, dirty & bug infested cooking dishes. We had to bring our own griddle from home and then went shopping for so much more than we had planned on! The kitchen floors and cabinets were filth dirty & dusty. The recliner was broken and the couch was dusty. Had to call for light bulbs & 2 TV repairs. Never received help with the TVā€™s. The entrance to all the co sos are in the inside which was Very dark and dungeon-like. Bath towels & wash cloths smelled like smoke. There were no dishcloths and only 3 dish towels. The Upstairs bathroom w/shower has no lights over or near the shower - no way to see to shave!

Disappointed with our experience. Home was very dirty and grimy. Found dirty dishes in dishwasher after checking in,the floors were filthyā€¦babyā€™s legs and feet were black after crawling in the home. Had a run-down feeling to it. Lots of cobwebs and dust.Kitchen was stocked with only bare necessities with Random assortment of stuff.

Great condo at perfect location by ski lifts

Loved the condo but the dishwasher didnā€™t work and I sent an email to let you know but never heard back nor did anyone show up! There is a dishwasher in a box by the stairs to go to the upper bedrooms. Other then that everything was PERFECT!!

Great Stay

The property was great the Condo we stayed in needs improvement. The kitchen had very little pans had to go out and buy one. The dishwasher doesnā€™t work the toaster doesnā€™t work. The kitchen needs more things we can use to cook in.

It was good overall. The water heater wasn't working but once I made the call the maintenance guy was there within a few hours. The tv wasn't working in the upstairs bedroom.

Great condo but needs a little maintenance.

The condo is in a great location and is fantastically setup for big families or groups of friends. The beds are all comfortable and it has most all kitchen/cooking items needed. However, we did find the disposal was not working, several door knobs were loose, in fact the screw fell out of the bunk-bed room upon arrival. I fixed all the door knobs. Also a previous guest left a pan with egg scum still stuck to the bottom of it. These small items won't deter us as we will look to book the condo again, which will be our third time.

Close to the slopes

We were looking for something close to the ski base and found this condo last minute for new year's weekend. It was perfect for our family of four. We walked to the base of the mountain, and had a nice place to cook and rest in the evenings.

Great space

This was a great space for our family! The kids loved the bunk beds, and we enjoyed having a comfy space to come back to and rest by the fire. Walking distance to skiing! Came back for lunch in our room and avoided the crowds! There were a few things that were broken upon arrival. Not sure if it was from previous guests or had been that way. The privacy lock was broken and not functional. Also, the dishwasher dispenser that held the soap was broken so not sure how clean the dishes were getting. Not sure if these werenā€™t reported to the owner or noticed by the management company. We placed calls but nothing was done about it during our stay. Also, wifi was bad the first day, but I know it was a busy time. Seems like the whole building uses one wifi, so be prepared if you are visiting during a busy season. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this great space. The response for the property management though was not as good as we would have liked.

Great for large groups

Enough space for 8 of us, plus two unused beds. Large dining table which seats up to 8 and additional bar stools. Unit is very equipped with utensils and small appliances. Nice entry and niche at stairs to store equipment. Also, a locker is provided at the 1st level to store skis.
