Luxury Downtown Condo W/ 2-Car Garage, Nespresso & Surround Sound

This is a 3-story condo about 6/10ths of a mile from downtown Raleigh and the Governors mansion is 400 yards from our house, so a safe part of the city. We will be traveling from August 1st thru the 10th, and we would be willing to give a $600 to $800 discount If interested in those dates.
Colette and I love to travel and the over-all bedding set-up is at the top of our list, we got turned onto Cozy-Earth bedding that offers a fiber based bamboo sleeping experience, second to none.
"Service animals" that are hypo-allergenic and smaller than 15 lbs. are OK, I have an allergy to most dogs, i.e, German Shepherds, Retreivers, Labs, so those types of dogs are not allowed in our properties.
If you decide to rent from us, we try to get people in early on the day of and you can usually check out late.
Note, if you are booking for 1 nite, the fee is $525 for 1 nite and we don’t do 1 niters on the weekends unless we get right up to it and have not had a booking. We have a 2-night minimum during the week, mainly because of the cleaning fee to stay on top of things.
Our condo was built 3-years ago and we ended up purchasing the model unit, so it has a few more bells and whistles than the other units. We have a 2-car garage so you ll have a place to keep your car while you're here. Our house has 75' smart TV with built in wall speakers (thru-out the house) and a sub-woofer. We carry most of the popular media services, Netflix, Showtime, YouTube premium, HBO, STARZ, Prime, Max, Paramount plus, Radio Paradise and Pandora premium. You can access various other channels like Showtime, HBO, Cinemax and the like by referring to the Google re:Spectru's offerings. Showtime for example is 550. We also have Lime and Spin scooters here in Raleigh.

This new 2-bedroom condo is 1800 sq. ft. located in the Oakwood part of downtown of Raleigh. The unit has 10' ceilings and has a large spacious feel to it. It can sleep 6 as we have a pull out full sleeper sofa in the living room and a king sized bed in one of the bedrooms and a queen in the other. We have a very interesting alleyway which has a European feel to it, especially at night. Colette and I have also been Super-hosts for 10 years now and have had over 3000 different travelers pass thru our (5) editions.
Both of us had been wanting to be B&B owners earlier in our lives and it morphed into this VRBO experience for us. One of our (5) VRBO units, "Peaceful Home W' saltwater pool" had the distinction of being the No. 1 rated short-term rental properties out of 466 in this area, a few years back.

This house is set up with an VRBO on the lower level. If you rent this unit, you will be on floors two and three. We have put 10' of insulation between the floors so as to not disturb the people downstairs, but we do ask you to tread lightly. We also have a Pac n' Play, if you need that

We can only accept some types of small hypo-allergenic type dogs here.
