The one bedroom Wright House is fashioned after the iconic Frank Lloyd Wright’s signature architecture. The straight lines, art deco design, and stain glass work are wonderful throwbacks to a bygone era. Though years have passed, this cabin will wow and intrigue you. Relax and acknowledge just how good life is the in the Wright House.

Cabin has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa bed, sleeping up to 4.

Packaged snacks, juice and coffee left in the cabin for you t enjoy.

Microwave and refrigerator too. Access to a wood fire pit outside.

Hot tub on the patio.

Overall place was nice, but it definitely had a few issues to be asking that type of money per night. We arrived, dropped our bags, and went almost right back out the door to go to dinner. When we came back was when we started to notice things were broken or odd. There was a huge unpainted part of the wall between the sink and bed, almost like the a/c unit had been moved or something had to be patched on the wall, but it just felt very odd to have such a nice looking place with an unpainted area sticking out like a sore thumb. The back of the couch was almost entirely broken off, but the way they had it against the wall you could still sit on it (carefully). A few minutes after setting a few things on the coffee table, it collapsed from a broken leg that seemingly had been either glued back in place (poorly) or just put back in place with the hopes that someone didn't notice. Later we wanted to use the fireplace, more so just out of curiosity, but we were unable to turn it on because the gas shut off valve had been recessed into the wall and the actual knob couldn't thread onto it to make it function anymore.After finding these things, we sent a text to the 24/7 property management # that they listed on their "welcome sheets" to make the property owners aware of what we had found, but never heard even an aknowledgement that they received the message (even a day or two after our stay).Has the potential to be a really nice place, but would expect better for the price.

Perfect Serene Getaway. Exactly What We Needed.

We live in the area & rented the property for just 1 night. Had I made the reservation earlier, we would have opted for 2. It was perfect. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday & stopped by Whole Foods for Dinner & Breakfast To Go, brought spa products, & just relaxed in the hot tub & spent the night reading & listening to music. Quiet, beautiful, & I loved the design. Perfect for a couple wanting to get off the grid.

Nice with some privacy drawbacks

Nice secluded spot in the country. The cabin is nice and true to theme. So many windows has a disadvantage - there is no covering for the front door or the back door, giving an unobstructed view of the bed. There is only one other cabin next to it on a dead-end road but if somewhere were to be wandering or parking they could easily see into the cabin at night. The hot tub didn't seem adequately chlorinated. Otherwise a nice and romantic spot.

Wonderful Getaway

Nestled just off a country road with 3 other properties on site. No wifi but Direct TV with lots of channels. The hot tub was glorious and the reason we chose the property. The firepit was great and has a grill for cooking hot dogs and such. Property was clean and well stocked as advertised. Not 100% privacy due to the other cabins, but we didn't mind. It was a perfect place for seclusion away form the city.

Quit peaceful

Everything was amazing. Hot tub did have some debris/dirt in the bottom but it wasn’t anything that hindered us from getting in. Thank you for a great stay!

Relaxing night away

My wife and I were able to enjoy a nice and quiet night away from home. We enjoyed hanging out in the hottub and birdwatching in the morning.

Beautiful little cabin!

Our stay at the Wright House was perfect! There are a few cabins and a lovely pond on the property, and it was quiet and peaceful. We loved the fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and the hot tub. We were not confident how to work the fireplace or the hot tub, and the hosts came to help with both. They were incredibly kind and communicative! Thank you for a great stay.

Great escape from the city

Great getaway close to DFW. Easy to get to but far enough that you can look at stars while sitting in the hot tub.

Perfect Quiet Get A Way

Hot tub was perfect the open floor plan with the window layout is beautiful with the fire going after a nice soak in the hot tub. This was a much need get away for my husband and I couldn’t of been more pleased! The host was excellent!

Celebration retreat

Spent just one night in this lovely location. I love the FLW feel. FP was a bit involved to light and doors needed to stay open when in use but I enjoyed it for a long time. Home was comfortable and well appointed .

Private romantic getaway!

We stayed for one night but wished it was longer. Quiet stay surrounded by forest. Lovely small studio style place with a hot tub what more do you need!

Quite and peaceful

I highly recommend staying here. It's secluded but still not far from the big city. The whole place was clean and well taken care of. Will definitely book again when needing time to regroup or just relax. Kathleen was awesome to communicate with and was very professional. Going back for sure!!!

Inspirational

We were just looking to get out of town for a couple days and got so much more. Peace and quiet. Nature. Relaxation. Fresh air. Inspiration. This cabin was very cool. I could see myself writing the next great American novel here (if I were a better writer). Everything is like new and well kept. There are other cabins available as well, but everything is well spaced to give privacy. Kathleen is a wonderful host and she anticipated everything before we needed it.
