Young nice couple rents pretty and pleasant T2 of 32m2 renovated recently.
Very close to the ramparts (6-7 minutes on foot) opposite Porte Saint Michel (entrance to Place des Corps Saints)
Possibility to park a car in front of the apartment for free.
The central station is also a 7-8 minute walk which is very convenient for train travelers.
Rue de la République is an 8-minute walk away.

All the shops you need are around the corner (grocery store, pharmacy, tobacco, butcher, bakery) so the car is not necessary during your stay.

The apartment is bright and includes:

- a living room with chair and table for 4 people, a sofa bed for 2 people (140cmx190cm), a flat screen TV 80cm.

- A bedroom with bed for 2 people (140cmX200cm), a bedside table with its lamp, a large wardrobe and a small desk with chair.
Sheets are provided during the stay for the two beds.

-A kitchen equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee maker (some coffee pods included as well as butter and jam to start the first breakfasts) Italian coffee maker, a washing machine, kitchen utensils and cutlery for 4 people.

- A bathroom including a shower cubicle, a sink with storage unit, electric towel warmer, a toilet and the cleaning kit (broom, mop, bucket).
