this is our 2nd year at the same location it was a very relaxing experience as expected. the condo was excellent the weather was great for the time of year. If you're looking for a relaxing time, and great food in close proximity to the resort, as well as lots of things to do, this was a trip we made lots of memories with family.

Great Location!

This condo was pefectly located on the ground floor right next to pool access and the beach. The patio was still privatewith landscaping between you and the pool, so you could sit outside and enjoy the weather. We had our family of 5, the 3 kids are all terns and they loved all the space! The pool was a great hit as well as the fudpucker's hut where you could get drinks and food poolside. Wednesday nights there is a huge fireworks show on the beach and a glow party at the pool with music, super fun! We drove to Destin from here to rent a pontoon boat for the day and visit crab island, which was one of the best parts of the trip. The room is very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. There was lots of space and some updates lioe new couches from rhe original pictures that were nice and comfortable.The owner was easy to get ahold of when we had questions about pool bracelets or other things, we got quick answers, and they were very helpful.It was nice not having to use elevators when coming back-and-forth with luggage or groceries from the parking garage. It was very convenient. Definitely would stay in this exact condo again!!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay! The location couldn’t be better and check in/out was simple. We will definitely use this condo during our next trip to Fl. It was so nice having the beach chairs and boogie boards to use.

Family Vacation at Waterscape

Renting from Coastal Vibes Vacation is a breeze and we love it so much! Next year will be our 5th year renting from them and A216 is my favorite condo!!! Each year we rent 3 condos for the week for our large family!!! It's truly amazing!!!

Great location. Very clean. Quick to respond to service calls such as garbage disposal not working. This is our second time in A216 and would come back again and again!

Family getaway

Loved the contactless check-in/ check-out process. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was the couch, it was really awkward to sit on like it was leaning forward. The pool was very crowded as it was the only heated pool to swim in, and the bigger pool was drained for maintenance. Other than that it was a great place to stay and convenient with kids to access the beach and pool. We appreciated the beach toys in the storage bin, that was a great help!

It was by far the perfect vacation the location was perfect. the beach and water was great the weather was perfect the entire time we were there. the staff and people were friendly the issues we had were taken care of. The most relaxing time I've had in a long time. everyone in our group were sad to it end. looking forward to doing it again. thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great room! New fave!

We had a great time with this room! The only complaint we had was that the housekeepers really only spot cleaned before we arrived. There was residue left in the toilets, sinks, and shower. We went through and gave everything a good wipe down though.

Our favorite place

Our family loved Waterscape last year, so we came back this year and decided to stay in A216. It was the perfect location across from the heated pool and just steps down to the main pool. The ice machine was a welcome added bonus. It made our lives a little bit easier. Our kids (7 & 4) love the lazy river, the glo party at the pool, and their own personal bunk room. Will definitely book again!

Wonderful Experience!

We have stayed at Waterscape several times over the years. This year we stayed in A216 and I have to say it was the best experience we have ever had at Waterscape! The unit is in a great spot with a small yard and easy access to all pools. Parking was easy and it was a straight shot from the parking garage to the condo. My family was very impressed with how CLEAN this condo was. I have never stayed in a condo or hotel room this clean! A216 was also stocked better than anywhere I have stayed - it had a separate ice machine, every kitchen tool you can think of, and even a coffee bean grinder. There was plenty of seating with the counter barstools, kitchen chairs, and the couches. We were all extremely happy with this unit and will definitely stay here again! P.S. After our vacation we realized we had left our house/car keys in the condo. Everyone at Coastal Vibe Vacations was so kind and helpful - they were able to find the keys and mailed them to us the next day!

Great time!

Waterscape is an awesome place for a beach vacation. This is our 2nd time and we picked A216 because of the easy access to the pool. With 2 young girls it was perfect! The only downside is the elevator is directly behind the smaller bedroom so you hear it going up and down. But we learned to tune it out. The unit was low on plates (only 5) too but hopefully that'll get fixed. But overall we had a fantastic time and will return again.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We absolutely love staying at Waterscape and especially love this condo. We have now stayed in A216 twice and are planning to come back next summer. We are already booked to come back to Waterscape in October with our family. The Coastal Vibes team is truly wonderful, we had one minor issue during our stay and they quickly had someone there the day before the holiday to fix it.This condo is in a wonderful location and has amazing amenities. We can't wait to be back!

Relaxing and fun

My two grandsons enjoyed all that waterscapes and the beach had to offer plus ventured into town with their parents for other adventures like the aquarium and souvenir shopping

Great place as stated but could have used some more cleaning

Carpet didn’t seem clean that I had my infant playing on. Ended up having to vacuum myself when she kept getting clumps of hair and other stuff in her fingers. Stuff/trash under the bed from previous stays, went to take a pillow out of the closet for an extra but it was filthy (blue toothpaste or something) and the mattress in my room squeaked so easy all night long to where I had to put my baby in the bathroom in the playpen so it didn’t wake her every night. Other than the cleanliness and the mattress it was great.

The perfect spot!

We loved staying at this condo for our 5 night trip! The location couldn't be aby better - ground floor, steps away from the heated pool!! The bunk room was a hit too!

Family GetAway

We had 3 smaller children, 2 teens & 3 adults… the condo was in the perfect location to the pools & the ground floor (on the 2nd level) made it wonderful to be able to leave our beach gear outside without the hassle of dragging it inside & up the elevator. It was exactly as described & perfect for our trip. I would definitely recommend this condo & will stay here again.

Family Vacation

Everything was wonderful!!! We loved unit A216… we also had our children and grandchildren in C205 and B214… Coastal Vibe was so easy to rent from and we all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort!!! This resort is perfect for children!
