Can't beat it!
I've lived in Texas my entire life and we have stayed in San Antonio dozens of times. If you do not want to stay downtown, but want quick access to downtown, and other attractions such as the botanical gardens, this is the place! We (4 humans and a canine) were in town for a veterinary conference , here is our story.....
Pros: The location is great, on the edge of a good neighborhood right off the highway. Our Uber to and from the river walk was about a 10-12 minute ride for about $15-$16. The rate for this place is unbeatable. This place has curb appeal and the house was very clean. The rooms were nice and spacious, beds were more comfortable than ours, kitchen is large and fully furnished, the yard is perfect if you are traveling with your dog. There is a 24-hour store within walking distance, washer and dryer on-site, good water-pressure in the shower. The owner responds very timely.
Con: The awning in the back needs attention.
Conclusion: We would stay here again!
