The Dock also includes a Boat Lift (prior approval required) and floating Jet Ski Dock, making it easy to enjoy everything that Lake Life has to offer!

Our garage is packed with fun! Enjoy a Ping Pong Table, Corn Hole, Yard Games, Bikes, a Kayak, Paddle Board, and plenty of Floats - Everything you need for endless Outdoor Adventure and Entertainment.

SURROUNDING AREA:

The exciting SEBRING INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY is a short 20 minute drive.

There are local golf courses within the area, two Wineries, Highlands Hammock State Park, Solomon's Castle, Florida theme parks (Disney, Universal Studios and LegoLand), Gulf of America Beaches (Florida West Coast) are all within 90 minutes or less driving. Or take a day trip to Florida's East Coast Beaches and The Kennedy Space Center.

PARKING:

Our Elongated driveway has plenty of room for several cars. Additional parking is allowed on the empty lot across the street.

We accept pets, "dogs only", up to 2 maximum, any size, but well behaved: we only charge for a cleaning fee $100 per pet, per stay. Guests need to disclose the number of pets.

*** Maximum house occupants is 12. There is a $75.00 per person charge for over 10 guests. Over 12 guests and you will be asked to leave. RV's are not permitted. Please use grill outside of garage only and do not transport to a different location on the property.
