LOCATION and STYLE! You'll love our 1/1 in one of Miami's most exclusive neighborhoods. Nestled among multi-million dollar homes, this completely renovated unit in a 4-plex has its own backyard, a large, fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable King and a pull-out sleeper couch, free laundry access, and more. Blocks from downtown South Miami with three grocery stores, 50+ restaurants and bakeries (mostly non-chain), exclusive shops, spas, and exercise studios (Barre, spin, gyms)—all easily walkable.

Our furnishings are luxurious and plush. We have 2 large smart TV's, granite counter tops, and a special extra-thick pull-out couch. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, plush towels, and sheets are provided.
We provide Smart TV's with live streaming only.

Nestled among multi-million dollar homes in the neighborhood of High Pines Miami. Take a 5-minute drive to watch the sunrise on the Bay, rent a boat, run among mangroves at Matheson Hammock, or walk next door to stroll through acres of Palms and rain forests at Fairchild Tropical Gardens.
Location is incredible: University of Miami (5 min), Coconut Grove (8 min), Brickell and Downtown Miami (15 min), South Beach (25 min). Stylish and clean in the calm and safe neighborhood. East of US1 and South Miami.

Our neighborhood is safe, quiet, and calm. We are close to the University of Miami, shopping malls, great restaurants, and many tourist destinations.

Great south Florida getaway

We were in the Miami area for a long 4-day weekend. This unit was extremely clean, quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood. Parking was free and just steps away. Although it is not particularly close to the beach, it is close to just about everything else. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Botanical gardens, museums, and national parks a short drive away. If you want to go to the beach, it is a doable drive. The kitchen was nicely stocked for the quick breakfasts at home and one dinner we stayed in. Plenty of room for the two of us. Could have easily accommodated two children. I highly recommend this apartment.

Really nice small place. Very nicely furnished very close to univ of Miami. Designated off street parking. Nice neighborhood. Didn’t walk too much to do excessive temps, but will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Spot for Two in South Miami!

Wonderful location in established, quiet South Miami neighborhood. Clean, crisp, renovated interior of classic Miami bungalow. Minutes to UM, Matheson Hammock, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Coconut Grove, shops/restaurants of South Miami and more. We brought our bikes because we love riding Old Cutler and Red Road. I was born and raised nearby in what is now Palmetto Bay and this, to me, is the BEST of the 305! Excellent VRBO host — we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Comfortable, Quiet and Great Location

This was definitely the perfect place for our stay. So clean and comfortable and I loved that there was a place for everything; dressers, closet with hangers, etc. Made it easy to unpack and settle in to relax for our visit with our UM Law school son. The place had everything we needed and was close enough to every convenience and only short drives to experience everything Miami. Beautiful quiet neighborhood too! We loved our stay.

It was an overall good experience. Very neat and organized. We basically spend most of the time out and we would come sleep so it was very helpful to have a conformable place to get ready and rest for a while.

Not what it appears to be

On the pictures the condo looks high end, but in reality it is in an awkward 4plex. Units are stacked against each other and the walls are thin. The others in the 4plex are residents. So, it gets awkward. The place is cleaner than other vacation rentals, but not an ideal situation. If you are looking for a cheap option the it may work. If you are looking for a high end place, this is not not. Definitely looks better in the pictures. We ended up staying 1 night and leaving because we were generally uncomfortable.

Charming Updated Rental in Great Neighborhood

Recently stayed at this great rental close to the Baptist Hospital. The property owner was great answering any questions quickly and making sure my stay exceeded expectations. There is plenty of room for 2-3 people easily. Very clean and comfortable. It's located in a very nice neighborhood that's close to good restaurants, grocery stores and drug stores all within walking distance. Ubers were very close by (usually picked up within a minute). Nice wi-fi included as well as SmartTV with accessibility to Netflix, Amazon, and other apps. I would recommend staying here based on inexpensive cost compared to hotels, cleanliness, and location. The only somewhat negative comment is sometimes you can heard the neighbors when they were outside (vs. inslde their units). But it wasn't bad at all...the neighbors are quiet and respectful. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice.

Cute place to stay.

Very nice cute place to stay. Place was lovely and clean. Plenty of parking and it's tucked away in a cute neighborhood. Only 3 min. from really shopping and great eats. Walls are a bit thin but overall great place to stay.

Safe, comfortable & clean

I was in Miami for a medical procedure and this place was perfect for my recovery. No cable but 2 big SMART TVs to watch Netflix. Our stay was comfortable and we felt safe in this neighborhood.

Great location and beautiful space!

This clean, comfortable, and beautiful VRBO is located in a great neighborhood. Whole foods, CVS pharmacy, boutiques, and restaurants are within walking distance. Quick and easy to get an Uber/Lyft to great Miami attractions such as Key Biscayne, Little Havana, Wynwood Walls, and South Beach. Nicholette was quick to respond and so positive in each of our interactions. Wonderful place to stay...great experience from start to finish.

Charmer in Perfect Luxury neighborhood

What a pleasant surprise! My husband and I usually book places with at least ten great reviews. We took a chance on this one and are so glad we did. The decor is lovely, high-end, and seemingly brand new. We liked the bed so much we pulled the sheets off to check the brand--a top of the line Beauty Rest. Our son, who is 6'3" and 220 pounds, slept on the sleeper couch--it pulls out easily, and the seat becomes part of the bed, with no bars. He found it incredibly comfortable, which is a first for him in all the years we've been traveling. Didn't hurt that the TV in his "room" looked to be a 50 inch. :) The kitchen was well equipped, with granite counter tops and everything we needed. Sheets and towels were qualityand all the extra touches were there too. Bravo to the host. Now, on to the external stuff: The place is actually a spacious one bedroom in a 4-plex, with its own little yard and parking right in front. Didn't hear a peep out of the neighbors. The neighborhood is upscale--very expensive homes and townhouses are literally next door, with a few small places mixed in. We walked to downtown South Miami for an outside breakfast at a what is apparently an old Miami hang-out, Deli Lane, and later walked to a great dinner at Whisk (shrimp and grits, yum) and then Whip and Dip (homemade ice cream). The town reminded me of Brentwood where I once lived. Looked like there were maybe 20 spas and 50 restaurants/bars within a 15 block area--some casual/cheap and some higher end. Our son will be at UM for at least three more years. We looked at neighborhoods and nearby hotels when we moved him down. Hotel choices in the area are awful, and the safety of the nearby neighborhoods vary greatly So glad we found this place so close to his dorm in the perfect hood. We will be back...
