It has a contemporary decor with everything you would expect during your Seaside escape, like a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a library, as well as things to keep the kids busy like a PS4 gaming console, bikes, games, and more.

What's nearby:
The beach is just a short walk to the west where S Edgewood Street and Ocean Vista Drive converge. Food and the essentials are also within walking distance. Take a stroll into downtown Seaside to the Aquarium walking down the Promenade which is just a few blocks to the north-west at the end of Avenue U. Or take a short drive north to the Seaside Outlet Mall to do a little shopping.

I'll start with the good. The proximity to the beach on the southern end of town is wonderful. It's a five minute walk. It's also great to have a garage to pull your vehicle in. 2.5 bathrooms are also great. Things that could be improved.- The carpets are in dire need of a cleaning. While the house was overall clean, the carpet downstairs needs to be addressed.- There was a lot of bikes, chairs, excess items in the garage that need to either be organized or thrown away. Needless clutter- The kitchen is woefully short of proper supplies. We were a family of six and with only one set of dishes, we were constantly doing dishes. I would suggest at least another set. The dishwasher has a strange funky smell to it that needs to be addressed. This means all of your dishes, while clean, come out smelling funky. Pots and pans were left unkept and unusable. We cleaned the ones that we used but there were some that we did not use that should be addressed. Similar to the plates above, you need more utensils, tongs, and other basic kitchen items. We often made things 'work.'- Only having four beach towels was also a miss. If six people are going to stay at this house, you should have six beach towels. Not necessary or expected but a couple of beach chairs would go a long way for guests.- No dark curtains on the main bedrooms upstairs. The sun comes blasting in the morning. It didn't help that one curtain rod was also barely hanging on. Some black out curtains would definitely help.

Cozy Home

We saw reviews about the carpet being stained and it was. And it did have a slight odor of dog. But we really liked the house. It was clean, had all we needed and the location was a very short walk to the ocean. Easy check in, and perfect for our family to vacation

Wonderfully close to the beach and entry into town

We loved the tall ceilings, well stocked kitchen, and very quiet and relaxing. Three minute walk to the beach. Definitely our favorite place to stay on the whole Oregon coast vacation.

Great cabin/cleanliness not so much

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that the cleanliness of the cabin was horrible. There was hair in BOTH showers, crumbs a hair tye and finger nail clippings in the pull out couch in which I wasnā€™t comfortable putting my children on it to sleep, there were towels left in and on top of the washer/dryer to where we were both able to use them, when using the back burner grease started dripping from the vent above because itā€™s so gross, just to many things for me not to say something. The cabin itself was amazing though, very cute and great location!

Perfect location to access the beach

The property met our needs. We enjoyed the location with easy access to the beach. House is listed as newly remodeled but needs new carpet and fresh coat of paint. Kitchen could use some updated pots/pans and more essential items. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had everything we needed.

Relaxing

All in all it was amazing! We love Seaside and were there for an AAU basketball tournament. The bedrooms were nice size, beds were comfortable, and bathroom were clean. There are threethings I would recommend:# 1 is for your cleaning staff, they need to move the storage ottoman after every visit and vacuum, there were toys, puzzle pieces, and garbage under it when we moved it. (The ottoman is extremely heavy, it may take 2 people)# 2 leave the heart above 50 degrees when youā€™re expecting people # 3 add a meat thermometer to the kitchen utensilsNothing was terrible, and our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Just my own recommendations. I would stay there again!!

Perfect location!

Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the shops. The house is spacious and well kept but has barely any kitchen utensils or cookware. Our main reason for renting a house with kitchen opposed to the hotel is that I like to save money by cooking our meals. Other than that it's great!

Great family stay

We stayed as a family of 5 plus my in-laws and it was perfect. We especially loved the very short walk to the beach. I loved that the back yard shared a boarder with the golf course. It made the yard feel so secluded and gave gorgeous views. The home was comfortable and well furnished.

Perfect for a girls trip

3 if us stayed for the weekend and this rental was absolutely perfect. It wasnt too far from downtown. It was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. The beds are super comfy. The downstairs living room was perfect to hang out it. We all had a great time. I would absolutely rent again!

This Vacasa location has very nasty furniture in it! We stay outside of this place more than in it the carpets are nasty and they have the nerves to have a sign posted to take your shoes off the furniture was so nasty we check out a day early we could not handle it any longer Sinc The Dickerson family

Great location

Walk to the beach, stroll the Promenade, drive to scenic places nearby. This place is quiet, clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped - except for spoons! Beds were a little soft, but overall, a very comfortable place

We stayed with our daughter and her three children. Everything was as described, modern, and spacious. A short walk to a nice part of the Seaside beaches. Being a short walk to a nearby grocery was also handy. We would come back again.

The house was not newly renovated. The house smelled like dog when we got there. Even if someone brought their dog, cleaning it should do the trick to get the smell out. The house was not cleaned well. There was dog hair on the couch. There was dog poop in the backyard too. The couch is disgusting. There is one tv in the whole house. The carpets are taped down which is so tacky. The tub upstairs wouldnā€™t drain. The beach was beautiful. The walk to the beach was fine.
